“Pulled in to grab a couple bags of topsoil only to find out that they had closed 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Associates saw me start to leave and asked me what I needed. They loaded the bags while I paid. Definitely did not have to help me since closing time had well passed. I appreciate you guys for doing that for me. Top notch customer service!”

I was really distraught about this (I cried big ugly tears), because this was a really special occasion for us. He suggested a viable solution and gave me a refund. I wasn't thinking clearly at that moment, so his guidance was exactly what I needed. I called here and over the phone he knew what I had.. went there and they fixed me right up.told me what to do and I had it fixed in 30 minutes just like he said.
