“As a Connoisseur of natural casing weiners, most by small ethnic family owned shops, of all that I have tried over the last 30 years, these are the best. A great snap, and best of all is the taste(recipe) and the gentle hint of smoke adds to the incredible flavor. I dont believe they are made with any preservatives, so they must be eaten within 7 days or so. I've found that freezing them and thawing at a later date isn't quite the same. Fresh is best. I've simply warmed in hot water on the stove(preferred) , slowly grilled, even microwaved them. These are delicious any way I've made them.”
“I love this market! The big grocery retailers don't carry freshly cut meat or bones anymore; not like Toro. The price is so reasonable and the quality has been great. The staff are super friendly. I used to work at this location as a teenager when it was an Italian grocery (Carfagna's).”

“Bought this July 5th. Didn't think it would be expired by 9 days. Didn't have time to go back and exchange it as I needed it promptly. The taste was not as good as unexpired. I have some leftovers today and will use at dinner. Otherwise my experience was pleasant.”
