“Took my truck in with slight bumper damage and a deep scratch on my bedside. I was a little nervous sending my truck in under the knife, but it could not have come out better. My paint code is a little difficult to match, but Dustin and his guys did it absolutely perfectly. Additionally, I was more than satisfied with the quick turnaround and how well they stayed in touch with me while my truck was in there. “The guy who towed my daughters car was kind and went the extra mile. He called and asked a bunch of questions ahead of time and told us he would be there in 15 minutes and was there in less time than he told us. Then he even checked the car to see if he could get it started or diagnose it before he towed it. It was midnight and he had been working for hours and would still be working for hours longer and he showed up with a smile on his face and ready to do his job above and beyond what he was paid to do. I would be glad if elite was always the one AAA used and I never had to use another towing company again.”
“We cannot give these guys enough stars!!! Our horse trailer was driven 1000 miles with 2 broken leaf springs, and we didn't discover it until we arrived in Canton Ohio, we called them Ina panic at 4pm on an afternoon once we checked into our hotel, and they rushed us into their shop for emergency repairs and welding at 8am that next morning. Wow!!!!!!! These guys are incredible. They saved our trip. We were moving from.Kansas to Virginia with family horses in tow on official military orders. It's a blur, but they set the standard high of total excellence!!”

“I had a 1 1/2 inch deep round dent in my passenger door. Eric was great to deal with. Dropped my car off and a few hours later it was done. Door looks brand new and no sign of the dent. Great job and happy to recommend.”
