“My daughter usually changes her own oil. Silly girl I said no you're pregnant and you are not getting under a car. She'd already bought all the stuff for the job. She called them and told them her mom said no. They said bring your stuff we'll do it. 2 days later I go, oil change in maybe 20 minutes. I'll be going back to get my brakes done very soon. I sat in their little waiting room and it was my first time in a long time I was able to chill. Very comfortable thanks!!!”

“The people here do amazing work, and are incredibly kind, on top of it. I work in healthcare, and had something nasty end up all over my seat. They saw me on short notice and helped me out, so that I could comfortably drive my car. I have had an absolutey terrible and stressful week, and the people here showed me such consideration and kindness, it really helped me get through such an awful week, when ALL other establishments in the area couldn't help me. “I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Tiffin Brake and Wheel. I called on a Friday morning because my daughter's brakes started making a grinding sound and I was hoping to get an inspection before she had to drive with bad brakes back home to Columbus. They got the car in for service that morning, got the replacement brakes and rotors, and had her fixed up in no time with brand new brakes. Theresa sent us a video of the car when it was on the rack so that we could see exactly what the problem was, and gave us a price quote ahead of time, which was really nice. I’ve had work done here before, but I was thinking I had a quick fixer upper but Seth had me come back down to the shop to go into detail what really needed to be fixed.
