“A couple months ago I brought in my ford Taurus for a transmission overheat concern, I dropped the car off at night and the following day Ziad and his technicians looked over the car and called me to drive the car for another week to give him more info and data he can work off of. I brought it back to him and was prepared to spend thousands and wanted to just get a new transmission but Ziad recommended a much cost effective route and reassured me it was a good way to go, I went ahead and had him do the work on the car and it’s been months with zero issue and my car is running great. “Immediately when my fiancé and I walked in, we knew this was the right place. Based on what we’d heard from people’s experiences with other car dealerships, we went in a little on edge and expecting to have a lot of pressure, which was not the case at all. Our salesman Troy was so calm and personable! He never tried to influence us one way or another when trying to choose our car, he just let us test drive until we made the decision on our own. “Excellent customer service, fair prices and solid follow through. Multiple times they have fit us in last minute for tire, brakes and alignment work. They have saved us significantly by helping to find the right tires for my car and fixing an alignment issue causing tires to wear out early. When changing my wife's brakes at home I ran into an issue with a stuck bolt and they were able to get us in the next day and only charged us for getting the bolt loose and the time to change the single set of brakes and rotor. I will be going no where else for work on any of our vehicles. Can you get tires changed for slightly less at big name places? Maybe. Will you get the same kind of follow through, attention to detail and genuine concern about getting the job done right with the appropriate tires even calling to let you know there's a manufacturer discount available now? Nope. And they have a friendly shop dog - how do you beat that? (Spoiler: you don't.)”

“I have had a number of experiences with this Van's location specifically but the most recent on was the icing on the cake. I took my car in for service to a local authorized dealer for my vehicle. It came back with twice as many issues as I took it in with. They then refused to take a second look and right the wrong. I called Van's at 6pm and was seen at 11am the following day and given the real diagnosis for my vehicle without charge. The vehicle got a clean bill of health with some items to watch. Bet your bottom dollar Van's on Waterloo will be getting my business for those items!”

“I had to have my transmission rebuilt for my 2020 work minivan. They said it would take 7 to 10 days but they were done with it in 4 days. As far as price, everything is expensive thanks to inflation but it was a little over 4 grand. Very worth it, comes with a two year warranty. Very friendly folks as well.”
