“If I could give 1000 stars, I would. Hands down THE BEST auto shop in Ohio. Ed and his team are fantastic all the way around. They are all so very knowledgeable and explain things so even my teenaged daughter understands and will get you back on the road in no time. Ed treats people like family with his warmth, HONESTY, and extremely reasonable prices. I can't even begin to express how wonderful this auto shop is and I almost feel sorry for the people who don't know about them. I can't recommend them enough. “Patrick and the team always deliver great customer service. Most dealerships/independent mechanics don't let you see whats actually wrong, you just have to tale their words for it. Everything (mainly brakes) that was a problem, I received a video explanation from the guy working on my SUV. He even caught that my engine air filter was damaged by another company that replaced it just a couple of weeks earlier (video of that too). I'll definitely be back, but I'm hoping just for oil changes for the next 2-3 years, hahahahaa!”

“As we live close by, we've passed this mechanic shop hundreds of times, so when a friend recommended them for some repairs we needed done, we decided to give them a shot.
I called and explained what was going on with my daughter's car. Jason was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong.
I scheduled an appointment to have the muffler repaired, rear brakes done and ended up having them replace the headlight bulb that decided to burn out the day before the appointment.
Drop off was a breeze. I was called within two hours with a quote and he explained very thoroughly what issues he found with the car. He advised me of some items that will need attention in the near future, but that they didn't need done immediately. That honesty was appreciated and goes a long way.
The work was done at a very fair price and my car was ready within a few hours.
What I appreciated most about them was their efficiency with getting the work done, at a fair price and that they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a female.
I will absolutely bring my cars to them anytime it's needed, in the future. I don't see myself using another mechanic from now on.”

“I’d been dealing with noisy brakes even after another repair shop supposedly fixed them, and my A/C had stopped working. I took my vehicle to Bush’s Automotive, and within a couple of hours they had diagnosed the problems, got my A/C blowing cold again, and charged a very reasonable price.
It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. They took the time to properly troubleshoot the issues instead of just guessing.
