“I had to have my transmission rebuilt for my 2020 work minivan. They said it would take 7 to 10 days but they were done with it in 4 days. As far as price, everything is expensive thanks to inflation but it was a little over 4 grand. Very worth it, comes with a two year warranty. Very friendly folks as well.”

“I have a 2018 BMW 331 I that I bought on a bit of an impulse last year, after another driver totaled my 2014 321 BMW. There was a history of an accident, but I got it anyhow. I took it to Dan, confessed my sins, and he gave it a good look-over and with the exception of a slightly mis-aimed headlight, all was well (also changed oil and filter). I likewise took a newly purchased 1998 Z3 to him for an oil change and a good examination. He found about 5 issues which he presented in order of importance, but let me know they could wait if I chose, and what to watch for. However, I elected to have the belts replaced, brakes and calipers replaced, and brake fluid flushed and replaced -- but to emphasize, there was no pressure. From reading online forums about this vehicle, some owners elect to replace the entire cooling system as a precaution, which frankly did not make a lot of sense to me, nor to Dan -- he didn't find any issues. Of course, things break over time and when they do, I'm taking these vehicles to Dan's shop.”

“Have been taking our company fleet cars for years as well as my personal vehicles now just over a year. The front office staff is always a delight to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help! Took my car in twice over the last few weeks (separate mechanical issues) and both times I’ve been overwhelmed with the amazing service. Mechanics always come out to explain to you what is wrong, how to fix it and take the time to show you and help you understand the issues. This most recent visit this week I brought my car in because the driver side window decided to quit working and I had a new noise coming from the front end (I assumed maybe rotors needed done). Not only did William fix the issues I brought it in for, but he went above and beyond!! My car has had some metal clanking due to rust (purely cosmetic and unfortunately the only way to fix is to replace the whole fender which I’m not prepared to do for something purely cosmetic). So I let it go and did what we all do…turn up the radio ?Picked up my car yesterday and to my surprise, the clanking is gone! I’m not sure what he did or how he got it to stop, but I’m not complaining!! Didn’t even ask them to address it as it had already been previously addressed. This store and the team have continued to impress me and I’m super thankful to always receive top notch service!! Rich, the owner, came out with his tow truck but he had to get it on at an angle, but was able to straighten the car out and get it on his flatbed.
