“Jay is absolutely amazing at his craft. He fixed what noone else could. He quoted a price and stuck to it but also did a few extra things to the car he didn't need to do but did them anyways and made the bumper look good as new. It was also fiberglass which noone works with anymore. He is very down to earth and could tell right away I could trust him and his work. Had the car done in a week. 10000% recommend. Without any question will be back when needed. He also had to deal with painting black and it looks amazing!! Thank you Jay !!”
“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“All the staff at Kitu’s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. “They did amazing job at the body work above and beyond A+but when I got in my car they were cobwebs in the corners of the windshield and I found a piece of trim from the old part in the passage side floor Mat I didn’t see it till I got home and there was dust all over inside the door panel”

Many places repair cars well.Tyler and his crew at Glendale Body Shop will not only do an incredible job on the car, but will actually answer intelligently when you call with questions, and provide updates along the way.But that’s not even all. Tyler is so adept at what he does that he was able to win battles with my (now former) insurance carrier that I had spent months trying to work out on my own before landing with him. I didnt have to drive somewhere else to have that done! So convenient. He even replaced front & rear lights that were burned out. Id highly recommend them. “I can't say enough nice things about Chip Bare. I would definitely recommend him for any type of collision work. My car was totaled after another driver with FOUNDER'S insurance ran a red light and T-boned me. I must have called about 20 collision repair shops that day. Chip was the only one who offered to not only help to repair my car, but also to help deal with the insurance company. He spent a lot of time just explaining the process to me and offering assistance in any way that he could. He also offered to let me keep the car on his lot without any storage fees. They ended up totaling out the car and telling me to "dispose of it myself." Chip not only offered to take care of the car, but he also offered me money for it. Good guy that cares. His staff are very friendly, too and have been in the business for many years. I would go to him in a heartbeat if I needed any collision work done in Cincinnati. He will get you in within a reasonable time frame and go above and beyond.”

“I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

I am glad to admit I was wrong.They were extremely helpful, especially with working with my insurance and getting all the paperwork filled out and turned in.
