“Probably the best art store I’ve ever been it! So many pieces of Black art in every style, framed and prints. You can tell the owner has been collecting for decades and has such an impressive collection. If you love Black art, this is a must visit! I will be back again when I visit Cbus.”

“I have used Reed Arts for many years for excellent frame restoration, new framing, and reframing. Their staff is always professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them for any form of art work.”
“I’m so impressed with the custom framing work. They took the time to understand the style I wanted and gave great suggestions that made my piece look incredible. The frame quality is excellent, and the work was done with real care. Beautiful results and fantastic service!” Thank you Beth and Ryan.”
“Ben Riffe is a great artist! We were on a trip home visiting family from Alaska and he worked to get us in and get our awesome Mickey Mouse tattoos! Very clean and efficient and very light handed and patient. Will absolutely return!”
“I enjoyed it. A lot of cute stuff. It has a lot of stuff that people has made two floors full of stuff. I seen a blanket that I really wanted but didn't get”
“This is an impressive studio space! Wonderful artists and artwork in a variety of media. Talked to a few of the artists who were eager to show their art on display. Will definitely be back!”
“There’s a reason this one has outlasted just about every other gallery that used to be in the short north. Having a consistent group of artists constantly providing new pieces is the perfect blend of knowing generally what types of things they’ll have while also being surprised by the specific pieces when you get there. The people working there generally are the artists, so they are very knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions about a piece or want to know more about its background. The adorable clay animals are always the draw, but make sure to check out the jewelry case along with the hidden shelf of prints in the back for affordable gift ideas.”
“Came for an art show my daughter participated in and stayed to meet all the artists, and got to tour all the in-house art studios. Adam and his wife hosted a nice ally party with some local bands of all genres... Good time had by all. I'll miss the independence fest but this was a nice one day event”
“Couldn't recommend more. After working with other studios in another state to shoot for a well-known CPG brand we knew what we were looking for when we came across Chromedge Studios. The space was large, clean, and naturally well-lit which allowed for unique opportunities outside of traditional studio lighting. Fantastic area to boot with coffee nearby for the morning; pizza and craft beer for apres.”
“A charming gallery located on a side street from all the major restaurants. I happen to stumble upon it and it was truly a gem. Everyone was so kind and the art work Was amazing. We also stopped by the Little blue House right next door. Where we got to see three amazing woman painting. It’s worth a visit for sure.”
“Excellent Heritage Festival. Parking is definitely an issue. Spoke with CEO who is very much aware of Parking concerns is actively addressing parking.Good food, safe , great music, good vendors, like a REUNION !!!!”
“I got invited to an event at the Marcia Evans Gallery...This was something different - something that I would not normally do. It was awesome to meet Marcia and learn about her gallery and the local artest that was featured. This event was well executed - the appetizers were awesome ( gave me some motivation to try some different downtown restaurants), the drinks were awesome (it was nice to be able to sample some craft beers), the art was awesome (I never really talked to a gallery owner before), and live music was awesome (absolutely a great touch), I am looking forward to more of these type events...”

“Absolutely the best place for 3-D art in Central Ohio! It is a joy to go there to see the varied art pieces of the highest creativity and skill. Always welcomed and respected.”
“I have been attending jewelry classes since forever. This place is amazing. I have met so many great people. Colleen has been such great instructor. She encourage you to do better just when you think that a piece is finished, she lets you know if it needs refined a bit more.”
“Wild Goose Creative is a community art space that has occasional shows and events. The space is nice- there is a front and back area, room with a stage for performances and is a queer friendly venue and supports many queer artists.”
“Had a great cuddlepuddle in a bathtub, got to meet a bunch of cool artists, drank some wine, committed some crimes, bought some art--A+ gallery showing, thank much to all the BrickBox crew!”
“Nice huge gallery with MANY talented, local artists with inside attached studios. You can view their beautiful creations as well as purchase or commission work. Sculptors, Painters, Jewelers, Print, Abstract, Photography, You name it, the talented are there to welcome you into their studio space and share”
“I attended a stained glass class here and had a great experience! Colin was a wonderful and patient instructor, and as a beginner, his guidance was really helpful to me. I’d definitely recommend taking a class here and will likely come again!”
“08/29/2024 - First time visiting the Beeler Gallery located inside the Joseph C Canzani Center within Columbus College of Art & Design with some friends. I attended an event next door and decided to see some
of the artwork on display. Nice open space that hosts some of the CCAD students’ amazing art pieces. The building itself is a work of art. Nice modern exterior design complimented with a loft like appearance in its interior. One of the artists and also a CCAD student was present and complimented him on his artistry. Thank you, Joshua Fiorello. Nearby parking and street parking available for a fee depending on day. Accessible to all including guests with medical devices. Nice and friendly staff. Enjoy some of Columbus’ finest artist and visiting guests’ works of art.”
“I came into the space since there was a giant christmas tree hidden inside the building. It was quite a nice stop due to the season but didn't go into the actual space.”
“One of my new favorite places!
A lot of really cool stuff to see, a great way to find and support local artists, of any style. Some times they even have some of the artists set up in there working on making stuff. They also offer classes!”
“I currently have a show at Fresh A.I.R. and it’s been an extraordinary experience working with them! The gallery is beautiful and they are doing the very important work of fighting stigma!! Mental health should be recognized, supported, and valued, and they’re making sure it is!”
“I really cannot recommend Sarah enough. Step into the Archive Gallery and you will be transported to a true blue craftsperson’s workshop- one where you meet the owner and her all female staff (that I’ve observed), and the kind of personal touch and charm that only small business can offer.Sarah turned my order around incredibly quickly and for an unbeatable price. Please - if you are considered going to some giant, awful big box frame shop - reconsider and stop by The Archive Gallery.Vincent Van Meow, the sleepy cat who works there will likely ignore you, however, I believe in his own way he is as efficient, fair, and filled with integrity as Sarah.”
“Enjoyed a few hours of doing something new with family members...choosing a pottery piece to paint and be creative, and being able to just talk in a quiet setting.”
