Nice apartments, good location. They can definitely be noisy but that’s from the location (downtown, train tracks, firehouse nearby) rather than the apartment itself. Maintenance and management was always good.

Just renewed for the 3rd time. Love this place, from management, to the beautiful property and it’s incredible location. If you’re looking for a place in town, it’s the only one!

I’ve lived at Broadway Station for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. So many people warned me that the walls were so thin and you could hear everything your neighbors say so that made me nervous BUT I literally can’t hear a thing and it’s SUCH a quiet place! The management and maintenance is amazing!!! Any time I call with a problem in my apartment (very rare there is), it gets fixed immediately. Maintenance is great on communication and they’re always so helpful/kind. I truly love living here and being downtown Grove City is a plus! Just a walk away from restaurants, shops and bars!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars.... Horrible leasing attendants and the owner wants to much for the cost of living in these.... Also walls are very thin you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing while you're home. 10/10 do not recommend

We enjoyed staying here while we built a home nearby. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was modern and clean. Loved the balcony off the living area. It was nice to be close to downtown restaurants and activities. Management was extremely responsive to our questions and fixing a small problem we had with the garbage disposal. Thank you Janna and Lauren for being so helpful and making our move to Grove City so easy!!!

My one year is coming up and had no hesitation resigning. Was a travel nurse and decided to put down roots, a fellow staff member recommended them and I thank him everytime I see him. The apartment is spacious, close to everything and the staff are amazing!

this place is great, very modern and clean, it is close to town events and walking distance to all the great local bars and restaurants, they are on top of their game to keep the area apartment area clean and up to date. Also, Janna the property manager is great to work with!

New construction with good floorplan and no soundproofing. You'll get to know your neighbors habits through their sounds easily. Even a sneeze can be heard!Broadway is pet friendly and that means all green spaces are a toilet. Pet owners regularly let their dogs urinate on the building columns. Management has sent letters asking pet owners for consideration, but hey, when a dog has to go, it goes!Management prioritizes new tenants over established residents. They give discounts for new move ins and raise "fees", not "rent" for existing tenants. Existing tenants still pay more.Their lease states you must give 60 days notice to move out. However, their fine print states that your 60 days actually ends on the last of the month so you'll be gouged for extra rent.If you need short term accommodation this may be for you. Just read everything carefully so you know their lease - which is in their favor. Not recommended overall.

I lived at Broadway stations for 1 year and not once did i say to myself "I am glad i live here".Pros:- We were the first people to live in the unit- unit is updated with nice appliances- Our 2 bedroom had a good amount of room.Cons:-The construction is very poor, and by this i mean uneven trim, our cabinet in our kitchen scrapped the ceiling, my roommate had a 3 inch gap under his door... i have never see this bad of construction for a luxury apartment.- For the price of the apartment i felt cheated everyday, me and my roomate paid $1400 a month for this place and have both moved out due to the steep price.- The "extras/amenities" are terrible. There is no pool, but there is a squash pit... the gym is lackluster my new place has a gym 10x the size or this one. Management just got switched over so i can not speak on their behalf but old managent has terrible. Parking used to be free when we moved in and halfway through our lease they made the closest parking spots cost 30 dollars.- This can be a pro or con depending in what you like... almost every week the street Broadway will get closed down on saturday for the farmers market or concerts or other things going on in Grove City. It was a big inconivence for myself and did not like having a hard time getting out of my place on a saturday.- They still havent set it up so you can pay rent online. This is crazy to me, you have to pay rent with a check or your card and the office is never open on the weekends... so i ask myself when can i pay rent when you are closed on the weekends and only open for 10 to 6 during the week.... i work in public accounting and have late nights. If it wasnt for my roomate who worked opposite shifts i would have never been able to get there by 6 during the week.Summary: all and all its not a bad place to live, people are friendly and the apartment is average. For $1500 for a 2 bedroom, i reccomend getting a 2 bedroom in Hillard, Dublin, Gahanna, or Grandview for less and a way better location. I did not enjoy my stay at Broadway stations and felt that i got ripped off.

Pretty difficult to recommend living here. [Updated 3/9/2018]Pros: Amenities are pretty good. Place feels modern with up-to-date styles and fixtures. Wi-fi is surprisingly consistent -- very little packet loss/interference with other units. Free Keurig machine + beverages in the fridge, and the staff sometimes buys other things for residents (pizza, cookies, etc.). Fitness center, while small, is a plus for those who want to stay fit. Bocce ball court exists but is never used. It's close to Tammy's, which is the best local pizza I've ever had. Friendly office staff. Safety and security is a big plus with key FOBs and active camera monitoring.Cons: Buckle down. First, soundproofing is pretty much modern (which means non-existent). Expect to hear barking dogs through your walls/hallway door, people through your windows, and footsteps through everything. Speaking of sound, this is a very bad location sound-wise -- Grove City likes to put concerts at the corner of Park/Broadway every summer Friday, and you'll be delighted with unreasonably loud rock music when there are festivals/street fairs (they put up the stage right outside the leasing office). More sound sources: the train that goes by several times a week/day; the multitude of ambulances; the plethora of noisy motorcyclists; the nearby busy parking lot and intersection; and Plank's on the corner (a sometimes loud bar). It's a terribly loud location.More cons: The construction of the apartment is extremely shoddy -- things are breaking down seemingly all the time. Horrible detailing (paint, caulking, etc.). The only good parking spots on the premises are $30/mo. extra -- a bait-and-switch from the "oh yeah, parking is free anywhere!" that was the original policy. Trash (which you have to pay for) is in a far corner of the property and is collected infrequently. Water is not great quality. No Ethernet port; cable channels, which are set up by the apartment, are pretty basic (no NFL Network, for example).I'd also like to point out that one of the five-star reviews on Google is from the property manager. Hmm...[Review was slightly modified 3/9/2018. The winter months are slightly quieter than the summer months -- to be expected -- but the bevy of other issues at this place still holds strong. Wanted to love living here, but I can’t. I hope you find an enjoyable place to live!]

Very nice buildings to live in. Nice staff. Nothing but quality. Many residents are the first residents in their units, liner my relative for example. Common room is really nice.

Can't say I had a poor experience living here, but it certainly wasn't the best. I moved in to the apartments during construction, so I obviously had a new apartment. The apartment was dusty and dirty upon move-in. During my walk-through, I was told by the representative that money was spent to design special walls, floors and ceilings that provided noise reduction -- this was certainly not the case, as it was the loudest apartment I have ever lived in. For as expensive as the apartment was, the craftsmanship looked pretty poor. I can only imagine how bad it is after a few tenants have lived in the same apartment. Most packages were delivered to the office and on top of having the most inconvenient office hours they could possibly choose, they did not call or send any type of notification that a package was received. A family member had sent me a gift and I didn't realize until I had went and picked up another package I was expecting almost 2 weeks later. When I moved out of the apartment, I was able to leave around one month prior to the end of my lease. I informed the office staff of this and told them I would be happy to move out early if they would prorate the rent. They were unable to do this, however after they knew I had already moved out of the apartment they asked for the keys early without offering to prorate the rent. There's also no place for guests to park, they need to use limited street parking or a parking lot across the street when there's usually plenty of parking at the complex. Walkability is great from this place if you're into more small town things. There are restaurants, bars and shops very close to the complex. I always felt pretty safe there -- police department is a block or so away and cops were usually pretty visible driving around the area. If you need to live in Grove City, Broadway Station is doable. I have been in a few other Grove City complexes visiting and it seems like they're pretty old. If you don't need to live in Grove City, I would avoid Broadway Station.
