Shopping and dining needs are met with Stringtown Road nearby. Columbus is easy to get to, roughly 15-20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to the airport, with several alternate routes. The staff is exceptionally professional, organized, and communicates well through an app or texts. The front office staff is friendly, and maintenance responds in a timely manner. Residents receive a fob to enter the building, clubhouse, and workout room. The property includes elevators and carts for groceries or packages. There are plugs for electric cars, and parking includes designated spots for a monthly fee, with others first-come, first-served. Some noise is noted from the nearby train tracks, firehouse sirens, occasional loud drivers, weekend bar traffic, and neighbors, but it is not constant. Amazon deliveries are mostly a breeze, though there can be occasional mix-ups or delays when the office is closed. The apartments lack a pool, but there are several cool-down options nearby. Janna and Jamie are the best! They keep everything really organized. The community is very friendly! The restaurant and other hang outs are really fun. Overall wouldn’t want to live anywhere else other than Broadway Station!

Nice apartments, good location. They can definitely be noisy but that’s from the location (downtown, train tracks, firehouse nearby) rather than the apartment itself. Maintenance and management was always good.
