From the moment I met him, he was friendly, kind, and genuinely interested in getting to know me—not just as a patient, but as a person. He took the time to ask about my family and my life, which immediately made me feel comfortable and heard.
He also seemed genuinely concerned about the symptoms I’m experiencing and was proactive about getting answers. He promptly ordered the necessary tests, and I was contacted almost immediately with information about my upcoming appointments. My prescriptions were also called in right away.
It’s refreshing to have a doctor who listens, takes your concerns seriously, and follows through so quickly. I’m very happy with my visit and look forward to having Dr. Bachtel as my doctor. I would definitely recommend him to others!”

Penny, Isata, and Shania are really good medical assistants that truly know what they are doing. Angie, at the registration desk is really good at her job and Mitzy (the office manager) is very kind and welcoming. She is very good with handling situations when needed. This office is amazing and I highly recommend.”

“Dr. Johnson is the best doctor on the planet, whenever i have any issues he makes sure I'm taken care of. The office is always clean and i never have to wait to be seen. Sara calls me back almost immediately when i have to leave a message, which is rarely ever because she always answers the phone. I've even had issues on the weekend and she makes sure to relay to the doctor so that i can be taken care of quickly. I love this office!”
