“This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up.
But the next day, same problem. No start.
At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it ??”

The manager on duty, the woman should be the general manager. Then she should have a shot at the district level of operations. She did her job with enthusiasm and did a great job explaining. I go to this location out of convenience. Now I will go to this location. If this lady is working, you could tell she was assisting her employees as well as the customers. Her dedication shows in her work. She has definitely elevated this location. I can tell just by the way they wear their uniform and how clean the bays are. Thank you for quality work and efficiency!”
