“They have been a blessing through years; telling me straight if I sincerely needed work done. Recently had an issue where the dealer told me something was wrong with a part S&NW had replaced (along with something new). Now, I have no idea if that was the case or not but I went ahead and got the work done and S&NW gave me refund on the service they provided. I almost wish I had just towed the car to them, but you never know if it's an issue only the dealer service people can fix. Whether as a first or second opinion S&NW is someone I trust to give me the honest truth.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We have been taking all of our vehicles to Howiler's for over 25 years and recommend them to all of our friends and family. They are very honest and ONLY repair what is necessary. There have been multiple times in the past that the dealership diagnosed a problem that wasn't the issue and were going to charge us $1200; we took it to Howiler's and they diagnosed the REAL issue and it cost half that amount. Another time, we were told we needed new ball joints and bearings, and we took it to Howiler's, and it was only a bulging tire. LOVE THESE GUYS!”

“I needed an oil change, so I went to the closest Jiffy Lube to my house. The staff was very nice and kind. They explained everything with detail and made sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated the manager, Chris, who gave his honest opinion on which oil I should choose that would be best for my car. “Life savers. Needed an oil change in my old truck and of course had issues getting it started multiple times. The jumped it. Got the oil changed and then they had to jump it again for me and I was finally able to make it home. There was no hassle and they even got an extension cord to jump it again when it died out side. Got a new battery for it that night and she runs fine now after they tested the battery for me. All of them deserve a raise. If the higher ups read this. Give these guys a meret raise.”

“I was caught with a dead battery and bad alternator in the middle of Columbus. After getting towed to Shifflet's, not knowing they had a towing service themselves, they promptly did work on my van, replacing both the battery and alternator. After driving it for a day or so, my batter light started coming on again... it seemed that the alternator they had given me was also a bad part. My battery light would not stay on, it would come on for a few seconds and then go off but after getting it to act up, they replaced the alternator again. I have since had no issues with it and it is running great.Services: Electrical”

“Oh my goodness Fastlube on Livingston & Courtright was awesome. I never been to a fastlube before so I was surprised when you just stay in your car while they changed my oil. Each technician was very courteous, helpful and respectful about the concerns of my vehicle and serviced my car as mentioned in their oil change package as well as replaced my headlight bulb at an small fee. They even shared what wasn't needed that also kept my cost down. I will be returning for future related services.”

“While Ford was useless, the quick lane workers did an amazing job of quickly diagnosing my problem and trying to find a rental option. The diagnoses was complimentary, and they gave me written documents to help me keep track of everything going on. Everyone was very friendly and nice, I’d greatly recommend this, especially when ford is closed on weekends.”

“I was taking my sister's car in to get an oil change. She forgot to give me her key and it wouldn't let me restart. The shop was very understanding and let me wait for the key to be brought to me. Brandon was super helpful and since it was a hot day, he escorted me to the lobby to sit in the air conditioning while I waited. It had been a long day already and this was so nice to have excellent service. I highly recommend this specific location!!!!”

“I got a flat tire which was beyond repair (while on a trip away from home) and was fortunate enough to be close to store #508. The manager there, Curtis (?), gave me an overview of what options were available including pricing and how Jiffy Lube prices might compare to their competitors. I was beyond impressed with his honesty and decided, at least in my circumstances, to trust him with a tire replacement which was completed the following day. I felt confident I was offered the safest, expedited option for my long drive home. Thank you Curtis and the Jiffy Lube team.”

“Had been getting car maintenance from a big name car dealership, but their work became sloppy in the past year. That was proven to me when a short time after I'd had my car in for maintenance there, I had my front passenger tire blow out on a busy street on my way home from work. I had heard of Luke's Auto and decided to take my car there for repairs. It was a great experience for me! Not only are they less expensive than dealerships, but they do much better work. They test drove my car, did a thorough inspection of it and sent me a detailed report breaking it down into what was in good condition, what needed to be monitored in the future, and what needed fixed immediately. There were pictures of each thing that needed immediate attention. I was amazed that the dealership, which I had trusted for years, did not mention those things to me at all. I also found out that my tire blew out because the spring broke on one of my struts and punctured the tire. Luke's also paid for Uber to ride me home and then back over the shop when I had to pick up my car. I took it in on a Wednesday, and they had it all done by 2:30 the next day! I was impressed! I highly recommended Luke's Auto Repair to anyone that wants to be sure their car is being well taken care of. This will be my go-to repair shop from now on.”
