“Yaser and Abraham ordered me a pair of new 235/75/15 BF GOODRICH ALL- TERRAIN KO2 . Came in on Sunday around noon to talk with these guys, very friendly and professional, showed me upfront pricing and did not overcharge at all in my opinion. These BRAND NEW tires came in Monday morning. Got these quicker than any other place in the CITY. Other shops were going to have me wait 1 week. “Excellent, friendly, and professional service. I never had much of a wait here. Never had a problem with the tires or valve stems and they send you out with your tire pressure like it's supposed to be. If you have auto inflaters might want to double check them as they can come loose in the process. Nice little diner right next door too.”
“This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up.
But the next day, same problem. No start.
At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it ??”
“My new place for tires, they dont charge extra for road hazzard and match if not beat prices from sams club, costco.. and other competitors. I seen an older lady come in and the guy at the desk actually looked around for a cheaper price and found it , told the women that he found the same tires cheaper and matched their price . Associates were very polite”

“I had to visit this Firestone location twice while traveling through Columbus after getting a flat tire caused by nails.
On my first visit, I replaced a tire but later realized I should have replaced the correct matching tire set for my AWD vehicle. That visit was handled by another staff member who helped with the replacement, though I didn’t interact with him much.
On my second visit, I spoke with Vladimir, and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me understand what needed to be done, arranged the appointment, and made the whole process very smooth. The team also inspected my vehicle and confirmed I had nails in both rear tires, so I replaced both with the correct matching brand this time.
Overall, I really appreciate Vladimir’s professionalism and kindness, as well as the team’s work. I felt well taken care of and would recommend this location.”
