“Was an hour and half from home. Tire was going flat. Tried Sam's and Walmart and they did not stock my size. Took a chance on NTB and they came thru. Chaz was great to talk to and a big help. I know about cars and I listened to Chaz talk to other customers about their issues and he was honest in my opinion. Also he was not trying to sell them anything they didn't need. Great place”
“Wow wow wow. I am so impressed with this business and their customer service. I called this morning to see if they had any availability to just check out my car because it started to make a funny noise and it was kind of an emergency to get it looked at. Riley said he could take a look and give me an estimate if I brought it in around 3 (same day). Before 3 he gave me a call and let me know he was available sooner than anticipated and he was able to assess the problem and get my vehicle back in working order right then and there when I wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it til at least Monday. I am so grateful for this business! You really saved me and my partner on such short notice. Support local business! If we ever need help in the future we will be taking our car here from now on and I recommend if you are reading this you should do the same!”
“These people are amazing!! First encounter with them, they worked on my tires and did it for free as a complimentary welcome. They did an awesome job with that. I had another flat tire and drove all the way to them with it and told me were fully booked but tried to squeeze me in and made it work just because they knew I had two appointments I had to get to. They were very professional, kind, friendly and helpful in every aspect. I would highly recommend them!”

“Took my murano in on Monday to see what was causing the issues in the front of my car. Zack and Ron were able to figure out I needed new sway bars and brakes and rotors on the front since the Nissan dealership I bought it from didn’t look at the car before selling it to me. The rotors and brakes were not the correct ones for my car. I scheduled my car to be serviced for Thursday and got finished with work early Wednesday took my car in to drop it off and ask if they could possibly get the car done that day. They cranked it out so now I can get a full days work done on Thursday. I can’t say enough good things about this place they always take great care of our cars and never overcharge me like Dealerships do. Thank you again Zack and Ron!!!”
“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I didn’t even make it into the front door and the guys asked if I needed a mechanic or tire I said tire and they ushered me into the garage door. My tire had lost all air and I had put my spare on, they checked the original tire, I had a slight leak in my stem, they changed my stem and slapped the tire back on all in less than five minutes and charged me nothing! I love you guys! I can’t say how much I appreciate it! You all are FANTASTIC!!!
