The worst drive thru service there is on Saturdays. They ignore you at the drive thru and then you have to walk in just to get your stuff back. Then you have to encounter the unapologetic bank tellers. Never will go to that branch again.

I had old commercial loan that started as Star Bank, who became US Bank. Took days of calling local loan people Ana, Monica and national people Charell, John and Barb to finally get answers about what is owed to US Bank or Star Bank. Simple answer needed but poor customer service.

The employees are always nice, but the wait takes forever. I've waited even when I'm the only person in line! No idea why it seems like there's no hustle.

I been a US Bank customer for more than 6 years. Even thought my personal experience has been bitter sweet.. this is regarding a business account. I had come here several times and every time there's a wait.. tellers with a attitude, I don't expect to be sweet talked but at least be courteous. My worse experience was a Friday, I came in and they said hi. I waited in line for a good 10 mins and no one said anything.. a simple "we will be there with you" would've been enough for me.. a teller was with a customer and the other is just there walking around.. counting her drawer even made eye contact and still nothing. I prefer to drive to another branch just to get change or make a deposit
