the Grove City store has to be the worst Verizon location I've ever visited I went in for help and the manager Delray was very rude, kept interrupting me and the associate I was speaking to being very aggressive and nasty towards me. I asked his name he stated his first name and I asked his last name and he rudely stated "it's none of my business " I wasn't aware the associates can't give out their last name so his response was not needed nor valid. I asked for his name so I could call and complain about his service. I have the conversation recorded bc I couldn't believe how RUDE and SNAPPY he was. He literally didn't offer anything but nasty responses to my questions when I came in for help with a company I've given my hard earned money to for years. I will send this complaint as high as possible bc with his customer service skills he needs to be trained again asap as a manager.

Don't go to Verizon if you live in Grove City. Poor service for your phone and poor customer service. If you go to the Verizon help center on the app, they won't do anything. Best to jump through other hoops to get better service.

My daughter was unknowingly signed up for a new account and phone number at this store. Had no idea until a bill came in the mail a week later. She went back in and they refused to help her cancel it. My husband and I went back in with her and asked for the manager and after being told he was on a call, we find out he is actually standing 10 feet away. He then comes over and tells us he is tired of waisting his time, that my daughter is a liar and how stupid can she actually be to not know she was signing up for new service. He told us to get out of his store or he would call the police and tell them we were trespassing. We have never had such a horrible experience and what made it worse was how it affected our 18 year old daughter and now she will always be wondering if someone is trying to take advantage of a situation when she is trying to make a decision as a young adult. I can’t even explain how upset and frustrated I am with this location and their manager.
This was almost two weeks ago and this manager is still there.

Verizon is good in some areas but barely any they are absolutely trash there service sucks and where I live I can't get Wi-Fi because spectrum dose not go out that far and no other Wi-Fi company so I have to use my cellular and half the time the cell tower that's down the road is always down, also not to mention I don't get 5G past Circleville. This is not ok!! At my house when the cell tower is working it is good all the time but I can't ever do anything most of the time. Sometimes I wonder if they are actually the best in the nation. And if they are, clearly it's not in Ohio much

The manager at this store was completely unprofessional. My daughter purchased a phone from there yesterday. Her phone never got transferred over from her previous carrier. We went back to the store today. We were upset with the process to get her phone activated. The rep got the manager. The manager did nothing to help the situation. He even looked at my daughter and said leave because he didn't like her. He said if we didn't leave, he would say we were trespassing in his store. What kind of customer service is that? I did report this incident to customer care. But, that manager needs to be dealt with.

I HiGHLY recommend NOT going with Verizon. We switched from Spectrum 4 months ago. out internet goes off 6-8 times a day requiring rebooting each time. We went to drop Verizon and they said Grove City, Ohio has old towers that do not work well. they suggested we switch to 5 G to resolve our problem. (Basically to get them more money) we upgraded to 5 G. I have called their interactive phone numbers 3 times and each of the 3 times it took me over an hour to get through. Each time I finally got through I got persons whose English was difficult to understand. Each time We talked at length, they confirmed we had a bad router, stated they would FedEx a new router to us, gave me an order number and no router ever arrived. Verizon is a 4th World Quality company. Do Not use Verizon!

Adam was far more than helpful. We was stressed and ready to give up with our phones and the plan all together. He found us a solution and all the discounts he could to make sure we was more than satisfied. I wish I would have delt with him the first time and will be looking for him from now on when I need help. Thank you Adam and all you did.

It was very nice and calm would not recommend it is not the greatest place to go to. You should find a different carrier.

I've been a customer for 15+ years and this is by far the most terrible service I have ever gotten out of them... 5G is trash. I literally won't have full service, but have none of my apps uploading, and says can't load... Having issues with my phone all the time and it's a brand new phone... I don't know what happened but man they really suck now and I'm pissed. I pay such a high bill for such low quality service

Typically we have pretty good service here. We had sweet young lady help us upgrade my phone and we also changed our plan slightly. She was super friendly and made it very easy for us. My only qualm is that Verizon needs to stop being so greedy as a company. They wanted WAY too much for their Otterboxes and screen cases. They had the same cases online (Otterbox!) for quite cheaper (with same day shipping) and I asked if they do price matching... which they do not... Definitely Verizon's loss on that one. Other than that though, they did have a great trade in plan and their customer service has been good at this location.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not only is the service beyond terrible they were just downright rude. Customer service via phone had me go in and specifically ask for a manager. After waiting over and hour, John refused to come out and help with our issue. Why? I'm not sure. He sat in the back and finally when I called 611 customer service again, he finally came out but has to be the most incompetent, disrespectful, rude "manager" I've ever encountered. We were at the store over 2 hours. John said Austin the store manager will call us but almost 2 weeks later....no phone call. I will say that the phone agent resolved our issue and apologized profusely for the unprofessionalism and incompetency of this corporate store. Thanks to her we will be staying with Verizon but after that experience I will never step foot in the Grove City store again. John, Austin, Emily, and Latisha.... I can only hope you will be treated as you treat others! Pathetic!!

a consultation on the multiple line phone system the following week the phone system was delivered and they were charging my company for the phones they were moved one of the owners off Our account and Forge my signature, Daniel manipulated and Forge my signature, my mother was is an elderly woman went in to store as instructed by Verizon one 800 they told her that I signed for an agreement and was totally disrespectful customer service is a disgrace at store and on corporate they also tried to charge us after we returned the phones and we also have tracking from UPS where they receive the phones back unopened and if he would've came out and give us a consultation and pricing we probably would've went with the system but not after he disrespected my elderly mother and called me a liar and said that I signed the document below and you can clearly see that that is not a signature Totally disgusted!!!

Can't say enough about the staff at this store and the customer service they gave to us. We had a phone that was my mother's phone that no longer had service due to the fact that we stopped service due to her passing away and we were struggling to get the photos off the phone and they went WAY out of their way to help us accomplish this and get the pictures from the phone and get them to my father These guys are GREAT !!!!! Thank you so much

Arrived at opening on Sunday Nov 17 2019 at 11am, with partner and our 26 yr old daughter. About 12 people headed to the door. We got inside in line to check in. Pink hair guy was checking the line in, and Spvsr Drew stepped up with tablet and said, "i can help who is next," so we step to him with tablet. He was not prepared on tablet soooooooooooo, the pink hair checked in the 5 customers behind us before Drew got us checked in. This of course put us at the end of the list, and i said that to him, and went shopping for the Samsung partner and daughter wanted. After not being able to hold any Samsungs more than 3 inches off the table, i checked every phone and tablet on display. Each one had a coil cord that let you look closely at the item-NOT SAMSUNGS. My post-surgery back is my handicap so i cant bend without severe pain. My family was annoyed that they could not hold Samsungs like you would hold a phone. Enter Verizon Employee Kevin. I asked if he could let the family hold one bcuz the want one but want to hold them. Kevin said no. I suggested they want this phone so bring out the phone they want and they can hold it, and my request was ignored. Shopping a case, he said he was handling the two phone sales together, and I said, no we will do this separate bcuz my partner once it done separate bcuz set up, promoo codes, backup for phones confuses partner, and this is what they want. Verizon employee Kevin said "I'm not wasting an hour on each one, and its my deal so i am ringing them both up at the same time." I said "we are the customers, and this is what we want." Verizon Employee Kevin said, "I dont care. You are not buying a phone here today. DREW IM NOT DEALING WITH THIS GUY!" He stormed off saying it to Drew, with another customer. Drew approached me and started to speak and stopped himself when we made eye-contact. He remembered screwing us over signing in at the door, and walked away. By now the family was upset with me speaking up (when you are not a sheep, you speak up). So hearing the sheep family bitch at me for their drooling over new phones, i was asked to go to the car by family. I said no. I sat and listened to Kevin sell them phones, not set them up, omit truths to be lies in the sales. He failed to offer all colors, bcuz i know it can be ordered, he failed to offer the big memory, he failed to inform them of the insurance deductible, the truth that verizon insurance is 3rd party with a big deductible, and made his sale telling the family to go home and follow the instructions on the phones for the setup. SOLD. Ten minutes after getting home, the family had to return to Verizon bcuz they could not get the phones set up. DREW AND KEVIN SHOULD NOT HAVE TOLD THE CUSTOMERS TO LEAVE WHEN THE PHONES WERE NOT SETUP AND WORKING! VERY POOR SERVICE BY SPVSR DREW AND KEVIN. Kevin talked more about his personal likes of his car hobbies and Samsung Note 9 (We bought Samsung S10+) than helping the family understand the billing and promotion and refused to give them the promo code when I insisted to partner to get the code. Last Verizon plan with a promotion code took 8 MONTHS OF PHONE CALLS TO GET THE BILL CORRECT. Verizon then suggested to always get the PROMO CODE to help them correct the billing. So now, the partner can deal with the Verizon Bill when constant mistakes of over billing occur. Drew and Kevin are the worst example of customer service i have ever experienced in my 50 years on earth. UPDATE AN HOUR LATER Daughter's new phone had to be replaced bcuz it would not let her connect to the network, even with the SIM card and proper log in information. AGAIN DREW AND KEVIN AT VERIZON- LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT. YOU FAILED US IN YOUR LAZY SALES PRACTICES!
