“First time I ever wrote a review for anything.Was trying to figure out how to extend the hoses on my countertop dishwasher. Of course I turned to the internet to learn how, but didn't really find what I was looking for.I went to the Ace Hardware down the street, and though the guys there tried their best to be helpful, ultimately they had no idea and told me to try Lowes.Went to Lowes and I was helped by a sales associate named Brett. He was the most helpful employee I've ever met at a Lowes. He took the time to walk me through how he'd go about it, patiently answered every one of my questions, and made sure every piece of hardware I grabbed off the shelf fit my tubing and were the correct amount. Came home right after, did exactly what he told me and it works absolutely perfect. Thanks Brett and Lowes.”

“Yay! We have heat! Our furnace started having issues about a week ago. It was making strange noises to where I felt that it was unsafe to keep it running. We called Midwest and someone came out to "temporarily" resolve the issue since it was close to end of business day. Pat came out and temporarily fixed what was causing the strange noises so that we could have heat again. The next day, Tyler came out and did a thorough inspection of the furnace and recommended that it be replaced as it was 20+ years old. The inspection cost $89. A few days later, Bill and another person came out and installed the new furnace. They were here from 9 AM - 3:30 PM. They were always proper and polite when communicating with us and when going in and out the front door. The entire crew (with every visit) wore booties when coming in and out of the house to avoid tracking in dirt from outside. The new furnace has been running great since the install! It is a little louder than our previous furnace, but seems to heat up the house pretty quick. The cost for the new furnace and install was roughly around $1300 which I hear is a pretty good deal. The new furnace also comes with a 10 year warranty! Thank you Midwest for your great services!”

They helped me cut the boards down so they could fit in my van. they also helped me find a couple other items before loading it all in my van. Forever grateful!”

“This is my go-to home improvement store. They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are very friendly. I got paint this past weekend that was a custom color and was worried I might need more in the future. The lady working at the counter wrote down exactly what paint I had purchased for every size bucket just in case. I also purchased a few outdoor plants. They still seem to have a good selection of garden things even though it's late in the year.”
