“I enjoy the small shop, they typically have everything I need. If you do need lumber or would for a project, I would not recommend but anything else, they are good to go. Veterans discount is as easy as showing ID. Prices can be a bit higher than you will find at lowes or homedepot.”

“One of the last true hardware stores around. Walked in with an oddball fastener, they got me fixed right up. The gentleman working there took one look and knew exactly where his stock was. It's unfortunate these types of stores are on the decline. Support local. Got exactly what I needed and picked up some salt for the sidewalk, a scoop for it, and a bucket with a waterproof lid to store it. There's nowhere better!”

I often come across home improvement stores are either unorganized, unhelpful, or down right rude but Jordan was the opposite of those things. She quickly helped me, found what I was looking for in less than a minute despite it not being on the shelf, and she was kind and engaging the entire time! I may make the drive from Lancaster and skip the home improvement stores in my area due to her service alone!”
“Talk to Brian by far the best employee there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Though I have had trouble at this home depot location that man keeps me coming back to that location. I am a general contractor that offers a wide variety of services and enjoy seeing him there. He has long brown hair and will have no problem helping several customers at once. While helping me he helped out 2 other customers and still finished helping me bring the product up front. He makes that store a 10 out of 10...”

Not sure of the girl's name but she was very friendly and very nice unlike two weeks ago when I came in and I left the review about that girl and she was not nice not friendly and did not even speak. Rolled her eyes because she had to check out my stuff.
I realized they're just part-time high school kids but if they're going to get ahead in life they need to change their attitude in these kind of jobs early.
When I was in high school I worked all kinds of jobs like these but I did my best and treated customers like they were royalty because they paid my salary.

“I called my local Ace Hardware in Groveport and asked the lady if they carried propane tanks she said yes.
When I got there I asked to purchase a tank and she asked if I had just called and I said yes, she asked if I was exchanging it or purchasing it, Ive never had one before so I needed to purchase one. She told me to wait a moment while she checked in the back.. someone had dropped one off so she let me use that as an exchange.
You have no idea how much this meant to me, times are tough and I really didnt have the money to get one but she made it more than half price. God bless this woman, she didn't have to do that for me but she went above and beyond for a random customer.
