“My feedback is related to the vehicle. My wife bought her 22 Outlander SEL in July of 21 and at the time of service it has less than 23k miles. Ricart is recommending at rear brake pad and rotor change that would cost $700+. Brand new brakes and rotors shouldn’t need replaced in two years and 23k mile old vehicle. Also, we replaced the factory tires around 22k miles as they were down to the wear bars. Not good for a $35k+ vehicle.”

“I absolutely recommend using this place for service. I went to another place and it took them nine days and never resolved my issue. Here at Ricart they found my issue got the part ordered and fixed within two days. I had never been here before, and this was my first experience, it was wonderful. The people were nice, they did a test drive with me, they even offered me complementary Uber rides back home after dropping it off and back to the Location to get my car. Top-notch will absolutely go back again.”

“My 2017 Camry Looking like new again ! I was in my first ever accident and had no idea what I needed to do. This shop not only helped with the repairs but getting me into a rental while they fixed my car, and then took care of it all with insurance too. regarding both repairs and the rental I needed to be able to work. . Couldn’t have been easier and I appreciate All the help making this first accident easy peasy.The office checked in often and always answered my call when I had a question and I picked it up when promised . “I ordered some parts over 2 weeks ago online. I used most of the parts the same day but 1 part I didn't put on because I was going out of town. It was over 2 weeks when I finally got around to changing the last part. When I took the old one off I realized I had actually ordered the wrong part (totally my fault). I looked and looked but could find the receipt but I did have a email from the day of purchase. The staff bent over backwards to help me and ended up giving me a refund on my credit card. I truly do appreciate them helping me out so much. I've been through this same situation before and could only receive a gift card.”

“My 2012 Scion got totaled in April of 2022, then three months later, my Facebook Marketplace purchased 2012 Nissan Versa hatchback got totaled. Two for two, ha - ughhh! I like subcompact cars, and this category is basically phasing out across the US; almost every subcompact model was discontinued between 2018-2020. I liked my 2012 hatchback Nissan, but, surprise!, that one's been discontinued, too. After several test drives of different makes/models, I decided to take a look at Nissan's sedan Versa. I came across a 2021 via the internet at Ricart. I called and talked with Leesa, told her what time I'd be in to dealership the next day. I basically know what I want in a car, and this model checked all the boxes: Must have cruise control; bluetooth connectivity; good air flow; and smooth down/up shifting gears in an automatic. I was very happy to see the car ready and waiting when I arrived as planned. Leesa was young and a good personality to work with. She didn't care where I drove on the test drive (which is a huuuugh plus in my book), so I was able to drive the streets and get on the freeway to test the cruise control. I decided this was the one, and that was that. She didn't try and sell me anything else, just shook my hand said congrats, let me get my manager, and smooth sailing. I will admit I've NEVER been a Ricart fan - I think it stems back to the annoying guitar "We're dealin!" Commercials from the dad, so it is what it is. I was really happy that everyone I dealt with, from the warranty man, to the cashier gal, had great attitudes and caught onto my sarcasm right away and punned back. Overall, my dealings with Ricart were hassle free. I've already taken advantage of my lifetime car washes perk. “I went there on Friday with my bf Kyle to try to get my A.C. fixed during our staycation but it didn't work out very well. I am still working on getting the part I need from them since I originally bought the wrong part then did an exchange but the correct part I need was missing (the most important piece on their) and so I am trying to work with them to get it. Heather at LKQ (and staff) have been easy to work with to help get the part I need even if their has been hiccups along the way. I can also say I love the price it cost me compared to Subaru dealership. $57 compared to $1,200. Downfall to this place, they are only opened 9-3 or 4 on Monday-Friday. They are not opened on weekends.”
