“Kirk Bailey was awesome - understanding, patient, and worked with us to get us into a car we love. Also was patient and understanding when our 2 year old was being a little rowdy - who also called him “Grandpa”. Kirk stayed late to ensure we were all set and provided exemplary customer service. However - one note to management directly addressable to management: when you have your team working to make and finalize deals and they are willing to stay over - management should be there to support and facilitate. I noticed that after 8pm, management vacated the premises. I could sense some frustration while we were closing our deal. To management: if your people don’t feel supported, customers can sense that. Customers can also sense when deals are hitting roadblocks and there is friction - which could be addressed by management. For context: My wife worked with Kirk to have the car, numbers, and details ready to go. My understanding is that they just needed me to sign and run the credit report. Got there at 7:30pm and didn’t leave until 10:30pm. Kirk and the Finance Manager (Nicholas?) were fantastic. I just think this could have gone a little more smoothly. End result - We have a great car at an agreeable price, but the purchasing experience could have gone a little more smoothly.”

“Battery had went bad in my car. Managed to Jump it and drive it to this location. Natalie tested my battery, starter and alternator for me. She really helped me out with getting a new battery and making sure I was able to install it properly and everything. She is a very smart, kind, and informative woman. She knows what she is talking about probably more than most men that work at these kind of stores. I am 8.5 months pregnant and she helped me out so much with my problem and taught me quite a bit in the process too. I am very grateful for her being there today. She is truly Heaven sent! I don’t think this was her original store, I think she is actually from another location but regardless she deserves a raise! An awesome woman to have encountered. May God bless her.”
