“I have taken my vehicles to the Groveport Service Center (GSC) several times in recent years and have never been disappointed in the service I received. In fact, the service and quality of work done by Billy and staff have exceeded my expectations each and every time. I would say the workmanship is excellent and pricing is very competitive and reasonable. Everyone is pleasant and strives for customer satisfaction. My last visit to GSC was today. “I had a great experience at Ricart with Robert Peabody. I pulled in wanting to look at the 3 Tellurides I found online. I did not see them in the row of Tellurides they had. Robert came out and greeted us and had us go inside to get warm. He found the keys and walked across the very large parking lot. It was freezing cold outside. He got all 3 Tellurides that were in the overflow lot. I wanted to look at the different colors and trim levels. He brought them to the front so I could compare all 3 in the freezing cold. While doing so he got me a trade in quote which was 3k higher then the other 2 dealerships I talked to. I came to the dealership with the idea of me getting the EX line and Robert got me deals to where I could get the SX line for the payment I wanted be at. It was the most chillest fastest car buying experience I have ever had. He didnt pressure me. He was patient with me . I was so torn on what color and package I wanted before I even let him check my credit. The dealership is very clean and nice. The finance guy also did a very good job of not sugar coating and was honest which we appreciated. The only con I would say for the dealership was there were no snacks. I hadn't eaten since lunch the day before and I started to feel off while signing paperwork. Obviously, that wasn't their fault but every dealership I have been to offer complimentary snacks. They only had water or coffee. That still would not stop me from recommending this dealership. Thank you for getting me into my beautiful 2025 Telluride. I am so happy with the whole experience and my car!”

De'Shawn was so genuine, answered all my questions and concerns. I had 2 little issues and he made sure to contact Phil at the service shop that came straight over and personally made sure it was taken care of. Not only did Phil came right back and show me what he did, he wanted to make sure I was happy with it!
