“This company delivered and unpacked my household goods that hda been shipped from overseas. They did an outstanding job! Arman was the driver and he was great to work with and made sure his workers did things right. William was one of the guys on the team and he was outstanding as well. They all shook my hands and were very courtous. They put down a runner into the house and on the 2nd floor to keep my floors and carpet as clean as possible. They asked where I wanted things and were very polite about asking for ice, water, and for use of the fridge for their water or lunch. William didn't want to touch my faucet since his hands weren't clean at one point, so he asked me to turn it on so he could refill his water bottle. I was extremely impressed with their manners. They also did a good job unloading and placing boxes and furniture, making sure to move furniture by lifting instead of pushing it across the floor. One worker accidentally scraped a small spot our wall. He came to me and apologized, and the driver helped me fill out a claim form for the damage. (It was a simple fix - a little mud & paint.) (That one worker was the only one with any faults; the others were perfect.) They gave me their contact information so they could pick up the empty boxes when I was done with the ones I didn't want them to unpack. They came promptly. I HIGHLY recommend this company!”
“We've used this place for many years to store extra equipment. It is clean and never had an issue. Never had any mice or issues like that. The staff are easy to communicate with. Today I ended our storage because we no longer need the space and canceling it was very simple through text messages. Whole process done within minutes.”
“The online portal to reserve units was not working so I visited the office to inquire about which units are available. Chrissy was super helpful and quickly found the unit size I was looking for was still available! She gave a tour of the building and explained all in/out details very well. The facility itself is impeccably clean and well kept. There’s free parking for customers at the side entrance and the unit itself was a STEAL for a 10’x5’ unit. If you’re in the downtown area I highly recommend as you absolutely cannot beat the price or location!”

“We had Budd move us locally. I will admit that we thought we had everything packed up, but we didn't. We were stressed and in over our heads. John our driver showed up and calmed me down by saying, "dont worry, we got this". They packed the remaining items and over the next few days they moved 20 years of stuff and memories to our new house. Not one thing was damaged. In the new house nothing was scuffed, dinged or damaged. All of our stuff was perfectly in tact. All the glass from the china cabinet was perfect as well. We could not be more pleased. These guys are total pros and know their stuff. Thanks to all of you at Budd Van Lines, you don't know how easy you made our move!”
