“So calm, quiet and professional while moving my beloved solid wood Amish furniture. They carefully disassembled my furniture then put a moving blanket over the pieces, further wrapped the pieces in saranwrap to prevent scuffs, scratching and dings. They placed the furniture in its new home and thoughfully reassemble for a reasonable cost.”

“We definitely appreciate the professional services we received with our piano delivery. Bill and the team we're prompt and very careful not to hit any walls and a drop ceiling in our stairway. The team was respectful and polite. Bill came ahead of the others determining the best door to enter through and helped to clear anything out of the way. They also used the appropriate padded cloths to assist with the process, which went seamlessly. I would whole heartedly recommend this company. Thanks, Lee Family”

“Another big Pod company canceled on me due to location and equipment that just didn’t make sense, right before I needed them - I was so grateful that while I was traveling, Greg helped me get everything handled on the phone and ready for the very short timeline I had. Could not recommend enough. The man that dropped off the bin was also wonderful, helpful and communicative. Great experience from the full team!”

“I cannot praise this company enough. We were in a difficult position having to immediately move a piece of furniture out of a senior living home because of a deadline imposed after our mother died. Grandview was up to the task. Most importantly, they communicated regularly and were patient with us when we needed to adjust our arrangement. These are NICE people!”

“I moved to my new home in July. I used Planes Moving and I have say that the crew was fast, efficient and careful with everything they moved out of my old house and into the new. The guys even came up with a better way to arrange the spare bedroom in the new house than what I had planned! The crew was friendly and fun. It was a great crew, and I think their names were Brian, Ramon, Jason and Bryan. I highly recommend Planes Moving and Storage for a smooth and stress free move.”

“What a god sent crew! I was trying to keep my price down, and only have them move a few things. (Life, you know) and they still took all the extra and did not go out of my price range. I am so grateful for this company. And would recommend to anyone. Also bonus. Everything came out great. We never used movers before. And we were prepared to take a loss on some items during the move. Nope. Perfection. I can go on and on. These guys are great. Friendly, hard working, fast. Tip them well! They deserve it all. This is a short term move and plan to use them again, if they will accept us, and all of our crap. 🤣😭.”

“We had an outstanding experience with our afternoon movers and highly recommend them. Wayne and Laquan were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Due to delays from our morning movers (another company) we were running behind schedule. When I contacted dispatch, Randy was understanding and communicative. Although they were already en route and had other jobs scheduled, he assured us they were happy to wait. Randy even followed up to make sure we connected and thanked us for choosing their company. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but Wayne and Laquan immediately got to work and unloaded the U-Haul quickly and efficiently. They handled everything with care and organized our storage unit exactly as requested for easy future access. Their professionalism and flexibility truly stood out. We will absolutely book them again when we move out of storage.”

“We have moved many times and these guys were the best. We had two big moves about a month apart and they were extremely professional, fast and prompt. I was amazed at how quickly we got into our new house and would definitely recommend them 100%!!”

“Brian (owner) and his team did receivership, inspection, storage and delivery of our new furniture arriving from a number of out-of-state vendors. They were excellent in all areas, as well as in communication—from beginning to the end of our project. Deliveries came as arranged and items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were prompt, called 20 minutes before arrival and were very courteous and professional. They carefully unwrapped and placed items where requested. They did a great job! Brian and his team were terrific to work with and went above and beyond with responsiveness and professionalism, especially when one item needed to be replaced (vendor’s error, not CEM’s). We are very pleased that our interior designer found CEM for us. We would work with CEM again in a heartbeat. Many thanks, Brian and team!”

“We recently used Don't Fret when it was time to say goodbye to one of our horses, and would recommend them to anyone. It is always heart wrenching to lose a friend, and when that friend is a horse there remains a big problem that most of us aren't equipped to deal with - physically or emotionally. Jeff was both friendly and empathetic, and arrived early to reduce our stress. His equipment for loading and transport is impressive, and preserves the dignity of the horse. We were very pleased with both Jeff and Don't Fret's services.”

“These guys were awesome! They showed up exactly within the window of time they said and everything that I had included in my submission form was taken care of with the flat rate I was quoted; no surprises. I was a little nervous due to the layout of the website, but what they lack in website design, they make up for in communication, hard work, and timeliness. Make sure you tip them well since you are saving a lot of money compared to other moving company chains! 10/10”
