“good service both times i was there but you got to know how to pack the boxes before you get in line. they really don't tell you what to do, but it was easy once you know what to do. ups packs everything for you but usps you have to pack and prepare it yourself, which you have to know how to do that.”

“This is one of the best and most accommodating locations I have ever been to. I even go out of my way to take packages I need mailed there. Most of the people leaving bad reviews are calling the 800 number or don't realize that it is YOUR responsibility to make things easy for the carriers. They work 6, and sometimes 7, days a week in all kinds of weather. The staff here consistently goes above and beyond for any issues or questions I have. I'd love to see these bad review people go and deal with the locations in and around Columbus. Their head would explode.”
“I’m astonished to see any low ratings for this location—because unless you’ve been there, you truly can’t understand what these dedicated workers go through, day in and day out. Shout out to the USPS team at this location who continue to show up and serve us, no matter the circumstances.
Have you seen it? Probably not—the smallest post officeI’ve ever seen in my life. And yet, this incredible team makes it work. They show up through the heat, the snow, the rain—and still manage to greet us with professionalism, patience, and care.
Nothing is perfect, but to me, they are—because they give their best every single day.

“i had a very kind lady help me. i had a scam package delivered to the wrong address (online seller used tracking number of someone else) and she made some phone calls and had them bring the package back and let me examine it and make sure it wasnt mine. (it was too small to be mine so they redelivered to they guy it really belonged to.) Above and beyond service from the lady (i didnt get her name) and a thank you to the mailman who brought the package back for me to examine. I saw this post office has a lot of bad reviews, but it’s not ALL bad. It must depend on the person, because she was great.”
“Everyone who works here is always friendly to me. I utilize a P.O. Box here for many of packages so they don't get stolen from my house. Often, when I pick something up that wouldn't fit in my box, the ladies already know me, and I rarely even have to wait in line.”
