“This is a great location and Tom’s place U haul services is great. I did the reservation on the app and in less than 30 mins was there to pick up the truck. He was quick and explained everything to me. The truck was clean and working great. The only issue is that a 15 ft truck should have a rear view camera to facilitate reverse which was lacking in my truck. Other than that, great services”
“Penske Gahanna fix my big rig trackor in one day, my truck had exposed wires from the wire harness, going to transmission to motor to def system, all wires going to computer. I had gone to several Penske garages , San Diego Penske never really got into a deep dive to find the source of the problem, salt lake City Utah Penske , were the first ones to find part of the problem, but didn't check for more exposed wires from the wire harness, which led to malfunctioning in Ohio, but so far no problems , great job Penske of Gahanna Ohio ?, the service department personal were helpful and courteous, thank you so much from legacy transportation systems truck driver.”
“We went to Uhaul in Bexley and I was very well attended by Justin and Monica. We went straight to the storage unit to rent a truck and Justin patiently explained to us how the rental worked (we are Brazilian and are learning the language). We picked up the truck and when we returned Monica welcomed us and was very polite too. The truck was clean and everything was super fast. Thank you guys!”

“Brought my truck in to be serviced early afternoon, was ready next morning as they promised. In other occasions it depends on availability of parts due to current day circumstances, but they had what we needed and a large maintenance staff so we could get underway.”
