“I was really in a bind because my furnace was needing repair and the temps are dropping with an arctic blast coming. Craig Family RV was the third company I called, after the first 2 were unavailable, and came out the next morning. Josh was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He isolated the problem quickly and said he would be back in the afternoon to reinstall my cleaned and repaired furnace. I am 40 minutes minimum from their shop where he took my furnace. All this for a very competitive and reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Call them first.”

“I am so happy this place was recommended to me! Josh was very kind to me over the phone and was able to get me a quote on multiple services within an hour (and the work was as estimated). The price was lower than other shops, they were able to get me in quick and all the work was done within a day. They replaced both rear wheel bearings, brakes, rotors and my AC condenser. Danny in the shop was very communicative and contacted me before doing the additional repairs that were not originally seen but needed. Very happy with all that was done. Would’ve had a hard time affording all the work at any other place.”

“Took my auto in for an oil change and requested they check my car for fluids and any maintenance I might need. I use synthetic oil. They will also rotate the tires upon request for free with the oil change. I had a brake light out which they replaced in addition to a sensor error I had. Mr. Wilson even checked my tires and pointed out although they had tread they were dry rot due to being 11 years old. He was nice enough to give me a quote on tires and advised me I might want to change them before winter. I didn't feel pressured.Great experience. The oil change was around 60.00 when I'm usually charged 89.00 at two other previous shops. Thank you Mr. Wilson, I will be back.”
“Bobby, the owner of Tate Automotive, has been my "go-to" guy for some of my personal and business vehicles that require specialized care. In particular, he has solved tough problems on some of my service trucks that other shops couldn't figure out. In addition, he has done a great job on some of my classic cars. He specializes in understanding and caring for older vehicles. The thing I appreciate most about him is his diagnostic abilities. Many shops will just throw parts at a problem without proper diagnosis, which gets expensive. Bobby is willing to do the research and take the time to get to the bottom of a problem. Despite the fact he isn't an old guy, he is one of the few "old school" mechanics around, yet he has the modern diagnostic equipment and knowledge to troubleshoot complex computer and electrical systems... which plague modern vehicles. At the same time, he loves working on old cars and can still tune a carb! I won't trust many people to work on my old cars or pace cars, but I know when I drop one off they are in good hands here. Give him a shot--you'll love the personalized service and expertise.”

“First, I will review the salesman: I will not purchase a car from him again. He was rude from the start. He was disrespectful to me and my Mom, who went with me. I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.”

“My husband bought a small SUV from Crosstown, we knew it had a check engine light and an oil leak. They went above and beyond to get the car fixed, but ran into some other issues. Ultimately we decided to go with a different car because he needed it to get to work, and they never hesitated!

“I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done.. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.. while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.”
“Purchased a car at a dealership with a crease in the fender, the dealership tried to fix it, looked terrible, so they sent it to a body shop closer to them (Lexington), still looked terrible.
