Jeremy, at the front desk, was great and offered multiple options of tire and explained the pros and cons of each. Mechanic, Curt, performed my service and everything was immaculate. “My check engine light came on, I called up Brown County automotive and spoke to Josh. He told me to bring it up we will scan it to see what was wrong with my vehicle. I kind of figured it needed a coil pack and plugs, and he scanned it and that's what it was. He order the parts, and install them within an hour. I have been there before four used tires and I am completely satisfied with their integrity and customer service! Josh done it in a timely manner is greatly appreciate it. I will be coming back to Brown County automotive for all my automotives needs from here on out .”
