“Oh my gosh, I can't give more stars than 5, but if I could, it would be 10 and above. Not only was the owner polite and courteous, he was like the neighbor everyone should have. My car was hit with a 5 gallon bucket, scratching and denting the front. I just picked it up (one day early) and it looks brand new! And on top of that, he washed it too! I recommend this body shop to anyone, (and trust me, I am).”

“Streeval’s is the BEST! My car had a large dent in the front end and my door handle was non-functioning after a wreck I had been in. Bradley and his guys gave 110% and went above and beyond to get my car back in shape. Not only did they replace the door handle and front end/ bumper, but also got me brand new tires, a new key fob battery, detailed my car inside and out, and managed to clean months-old brake dust off my car. My car has never run so good! Bradley made the whole process so easy and painless and was extremely awesome to work with. He dealt with the insurance and rental car companies for me as well, which I dreaded doing myself. I’m seriously so thankful for him and everyone else at Streeval’s. I refuse to go anywhere else now! I highly recommend. (Not to mention, they have an adorable four-legged front desk greeter who kept me company in the lobby. 10/10.)”

My car broke down near the Rose Automotive and despite the fact it was after hours the staff helped me to physically get the car into the service department and squeezed it in the next to see what was wrong and get it up and working again. They did the work quickly and I was able to get the car back less than 24 hours after the initial problem. I will absolutely be returning for any work I need done in the future! “Stevens Auto Top replaced the upholstery liner for my 2004 Honda Accord. The original liner was in pretty bad shape. Mark Stevens was very helpful in helping me pick out matching color. He informed me of the entire process which was 1 day. They did an awesome job and gave a great price! I would recommend using them for upholstery needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.”

“Years i have shopped at Autozone and never had an experience where I send my son to buy oil, oil filter and a fog lamp for his car and he chose to place an online order. Go to change his oil and the 5 quart jug lid was opened and its short over a quart.
Oil was used as well, someone used the oil, put old oil back in the bottle and returned it.
Autozone should not allow oil returns period or have some able to check prior to refunding someone and putting a bad product on the shelf.
Called store twice and the store manager has not been in, nor does he return calls. Seems like no one cares nor knows how to correct the issue by refunding the purchase price of the oil.
Amazing that a cashier does not check the caps, but i guess i need to make sure my son knows that every turn in life there is someone or a company trying to take advantage of you.
Horrible service and no conclusion. Reminder CHECK LIDS on everything you buy.
Darren, the Store Manager did a great job of taking care of my son and refunding the cost of the Oil….i really appreciate Darren and Autozone taking care of my son with this.
$40.00 is alot these days for anyone. Hopefully in the future auto parts stores either change policies to not allow oil refunds or implement a policy to check oil when its returned to save customers and the stores money….”
“I took my dad up there yesterday to purchase a new battery and Austin helped him at the register. My dad asked Austin if he would install the battery and Austin went right to work!
