“I had a great experience with Wreck Tech. I will recommend any one go and check them out. I found out about the excellent service from a family member. I saw the work on their vehicles and needed a estimate for my car bumper repair. Emily was great in getting the technical estimate done within a half hour.Zach took a look at my vehicle which I drove to the shop.I was quickly given an estimate and helped same day.”

“Excellent service. So thankful we found Lakota Auto Body. We were rear-ended in a brand new, 2025 vehicle. Super unhappy with the low quality shops State Farm wanted us to use and immediately felt at ease when we discussed a solution with Phil. He went out of his way to make sure our car is brand new again. Top quality parts and workmanship. Thanks Phil for making a crappy situation so much better. We truly appreciate you!”

“Just got our car back from Ron's Autobody. It honestly looks like a new car. The paint was blended nicely. The communication was excellent all the way through the process. Ron was also able to get us much quicker than some of the other shops around. I would highly recommend talking to Ron if you need body work.”

“I was concerned about my car. He looked at a few things under the hood and advised on what might be needed to be fixed in a few months. But he didn't charge anything for his time. That's genuine honesty from a mechanic. He also very polite.”

“Tony and his team at Paint Finesse did a fantastic job for me. Twice! First, on a new Mercedes AMG GT-S, then on a Mercedes ML-350. In both cases, the work was perfect. I — and my very picky wife — literally could not tell where the bodywork was done. We would happily recommend Tony and his team to anyone. Give this guy some more business!”

“I’ve dealt with all 3 counters here many times. They go above and beyond for their customers. Even for us DIYers who aren’t their biggest customers. I drive past multiple part stores to come here and will continue to do so.”

“After stopping at another auto location very near to this place and they could not help me (they didn’t really try), I stopped here at KOI. Norm was so kind & helpful and I was able to get my auto problem solved. I greatly appreciated the time and care he took to help me. We will be using this location as our go to for items we need for our cars and trucks. Thank you very much & keep up the superior customer service!”

“I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision of West Chester. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. Amy did a wonderful job keeping me up to date with the progress of my vehicle, which I truly appreciated. The communication was clear and consistent, and I always knew what was happening. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car looks amazing — you would never know it had been damaged. Thank you to Amy and the whole team for a job well done!”

“It seems inconceivable that Bill R**** (father) and Bill R**** (son) have no reviews of body-shop services they provide since my wife and I have benefited from their repairs at least three times in the past decade, and each time we were very satisfied with the costs and the quality of their work. After scheduling the next repair of my Subaru (after it was struck by a delivery truck while parked on the street, mostly in front of my home) for Tuesday, June 13, 2023, and searching on-line for their address to give to the insurance company covering the repair, I clicked-on the BBB listing and saw that there were no reviews posted, and decided to write one. I can add that their replacement of the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Outback, which involved reforming the post to which it is attached, was not only perfectly installed and aligned, but to save cost, involved use of a used door which had a solid stripe on the outside surface which, on my request, they removed with all the difficulty they expected it to require, for no extra charge, polishing the door afterward until evidence of its former attachment was indistinguishable. I can attest to their excellent work, their down-to-earth friendly personalities, and their customer care. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work without hesitation.”

“Great service, great people. My only problem is they have a sign with the word deliveries spelled "deliverys" and have not changed it despite multiple comments. It really doesn't change my opinion on the business but it does make you appear to be incompetent.”

“Just as a heads up, purchasing warranty on tires purchased only lasts the life of the tire so to speak. Had a blow out so I came in since I had warranty....well it still cost me $42 to purchase WARRANTY for the REPLACEMENT tire. What sense does this make???? Warranty is not meant as normally defined just a heads up. Idk maybe I'm just not up to date with society now.”
