Allen was busy with many another client's, he took the time to get the exact tires I was looking for (other companies in town were unable to find). There was no hidden fees or surprise expenses at all ! They were able to get me scheduled immediately and out the door within a few hours!! I'm extremely thankful to have been referred to Jim's Tire & Auto. Very trustworthy mechanics and staff are great !! The pricing was even greater and Jim's Tire & Auto saved me several hundred compared to other local companies!! Thank you guy's for being such a honest trustworthy company!!! “I was on some pretty Extreme time restraints. I needed two new tires and oil change and some bulbs put in. They said it’d be about an hour and a half two hours. They got it done in an hour for an amazing price. Staff is great and friendly. I am definitely going back for future service work.”

“Had a great experience buying my 2024 Equinox. Eric was a great sales professional and was patient and answered all our questions. Ray and Jim in the Finance department were also great and made sure our contract was as discussed. Only negative we experienced was having one of the Gills there (don’t remember his name) and my Step dad doing over to say what a great job the staff had done and that we had a great experience and he seemed completely uninterested in the feedback and bothered that he was approached.”

“Oh my gosh, I can't give more stars than 5, but if I could, it would be 10 and above. Not only was the owner polite and courteous, he was like the neighbor everyone should have. My car was hit with a 5 gallon bucket, scratching and denting the front. I just picked it up (one day early) and it looks brand new! And on top of that, he washed it too! I recommend this body shop to anyone, (and trust me, I am).”

(My driveway is tight and up a hill) Amazingly enough my driver James backed up it perfectly and was able to put my car into the garage. Then once Jake took it off the truck Christion got it the rest of the way in. 10/10 service. When I need a tow again; I’m asking for Jake.”

“I went in to get my brakes and tires checked when I started hearing a scraping sound and the staff here, specifically Jon, went above and beyond to help me out. Jon stayed long after closing time to make sure my car was given back to me in a safe condition to drive, showed and explained to me what was wrong and how he would fix it, and stayed until the job was done, even though I had already left. He even came in to the shop a little before their listed opening time the next day so that I wouldn't be late to work, which was done out of the kindness of his heart, not from any requests of mine! I would give them 6 stars if I could”

“Streeval’s is the BEST! My car had a large dent in the front end and my door handle was non-functioning after a wreck I had been in. Bradley and his guys gave 110% and went above and beyond to get my car back in shape. Not only did they replace the door handle and front end/ bumper, but also got me brand new tires, a new key fob battery, detailed my car inside and out, and managed to clean months-old brake dust off my car. My car has never run so good! Bradley made the whole process so easy and painless and was extremely awesome to work with. He dealt with the insurance and rental car companies for me as well, which I dreaded doing myself. I’m seriously so thankful for him and everyone else at Streeval’s. I refuse to go anywhere else now! I highly recommend. (Not to mention, they have an adorable four-legged front desk greeter who kept me company in the lobby. 10/10.)”
