I called and asked Geek Squad if they could replace a keyboard on a laptop they said yes so I scheduled an appointment. Drove 40 minutes to walk into my appointment for the technician to tell me that they do not do that. At the end of the day it is a typical Corporation ran on capitalism and absolute crap service and consumer offerings. What type of Geek Squad can't replace 24 screws for a keyboard. That is how pathetic corporate capitalistic America has become great job everyone

1st I went in and waited while 3 salespeople stood around and acted like they didn't see me, I left. Came back another day and had to ask for help again. I spent over 2,000.00. Received my rewards and went back in and had to wait again and ask for help again. I wanted to buy a sound bar and gift cards for my grandsons. I was told I could only purchase 4 cards, it's a rule. I went home purchased 4 cards and other thing. The next day I could have ordered 4 more but it wasn't worth the hassle. Then 15 days later I went to exchange something and they wouldn't exchange it. I will never shop at Best Buy again!

We visit here every time we go to Bridgewater almost by instinct. Nice to see all the new gadgets and things available. Always lots of staff if you have any questions.

If I could give zero stars would. I ordered a fridge through the store almost a month ago. Scheduled a date. They never showed. Called and rescheduled just got a text saying schedule your delivery.. it’s BEEN scheduled. This is TWICE I have worked my schedule around their delivery time and no one showed. I spent over 1k for something that I don’t have STILL. Never getting anything from here again

GF purchased a dash cam for Christmas present for me. Called local Best Buy to arrange install. Almost an hour of my life wasted on hold transfer 4 times. Finally got first available 12/31 4pm. Had to buy install kit AND PAY FOR INSTALL UP FRONT TO GET APPOINTMENT! Then get email to clean out car so they could run wires. OK makes sense so I think everything off dash, trunk area, back seat, front seats and all floors clear. This is a2008 Honda CRV. So carriers look like 17 years of use but they’re clean except for a few very small leaf that always track in and some gravel type dust that seems to track in during winter. All floors cover ed with new mats. Got dropped off. 15 mins from home get a call here direct want to install, need to get car detailed. I go back ask for manager. Told me manager and inspected and ok d his action. I think I was last appt New Year’s Eve and he wanted out. Manager and him come walking in. He manger is now she manager and she’s asking why car not in shop. He never used keys to open car much less pull in. She stood by his decision, made my life hard, I’m disabled and I used a favor to get a ride there. Have to wait for credit card credit. Just received email from Best Buy asking why I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT! Call to reschedule. Hmmm. Was she a manager or a buddy? Was going to use same store to replace iPhone battery. Glad I didn’t now. There’s a reason Amazon is driving them out of business but I don’t think it’s price. Read the reviews here. I’ve never seen so many negative reviews on employees. Bottom line if you don’t have new car (new car would probably already have dash cam) or make appointment for service close to drinking time. Don’t expect to get your auto serviced.

Literally swindled me out of 60$. Bought my son meta pro controllers and they won’t update the firmware. Tried all night. Went into return them and they said I had to use my protection plan even though I just opened the box. Paid 319$ and only got 270 in store credit. They have no controllers to order so I have to repurchase a new occulus and buy the protection plan again. Won’t even offer a 5% off discount. Nothing but apologies and I’m sol

never buy open box products! $1100 laptop listed as excellent condition (with accessories) didnt come with listed accessories and was not in like new condition. staff unwilling to help and tried to push me into buying an expensive charger that didnt work and an expensive geek squad membership just to get the accessories replaced and were unwilling to exchange it for other Best Buy stock (even though its on the website). extremely disappointed in my experience and I will never purchase electronics from Best Buy again.

EDIT: We went back to exchange the SECOND tv and the “manager” had an attitude and proceeded to act like my husband and I were the problem… this place will never get my business again. Absolutely terrible.
I have never in my life experienced such bad products. We bought a 75inch Samsung DU6900F. Got it home, put it up and turned it on. There was a giant line across the top of the screen due to the packaging. So we take it back to exchange it for a new one. We come home with the new one, take it out of the box and there is a giant crack down the bottom of it. This is insane!!! Do not buy literally anything from the store.

Wish I could leave negative stars. I purchased an open box washing machine from Best Buy. I also paid for delivery which the earliest was one week, which I begrudgingly accepted. Long story short, they did not deliver the washing machine and I was told they forgot to deliver the washer to the warehouse and it would be another week before I could get it delivered. They told me they make no expedites or compensation because they are a big store and these things happen. They could care less that I lost a day of work waiting for a washer that never came. They do not care about customer service. So, I canceled my order and am going to a mom and pop place and giving them my business because Best Buy is just too big a store to care about little old me.

I went to the store on September 15 to buy 2 ipads and the store employee was being so rude to me. His name is Wyatt. He gave me attitude the entire time I was there and treated me like I was stupid. Customer service is horrible.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY I ordered delivery and they only gave me one window , Friday 7-11am I could not manage to be home at that time and I needed to sign. Once I missed delivery I had to wait 24 hours for the “status” to be changed to either do in store pickup or cancel my order I will never be shopping from Best Buy again never had this issue anywhere else it’s ridiculous.
