I cannot how awfully, gross negligent this Office with Allstate has became.
I’ve had some huge damage to my home from Tornadoes and high winds and ever since I made a claim for the 2nd time on the same issue, this office has been. WILL NOT CALL ME BACK, WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CLAIM THAT EILL NOT CALL ME BACK EITHER.
This all started back in May 2024 when I first called them and they acted like they cared and then they went silent on me.
I EVEN ask for Charlie Broxterman, himself to call me back multiple times and HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVEN “1” CALL BACK.
I could go on and on and on but I think I’ve done well 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I want to give HUGE KUDOS to Kathy at the Charlie Broxterman’s office. She goes above and beyond to help me EVERY TIME I have called. She has a great telephone voice and etiquette that immediately makes me fill that I am the only person she is concerned about, which is an amazing quality.
I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO KATHY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Great insurance group. People are very friendly and helpful. Charlie Broxterman's group still understand what customer service is. Allstate insurance is reasonably priced and very good about handling any claim you file. 5 stars all around.

One quote elsewhere saved me a ton. Glad I left Allstate. Experience here isn’t the best. Jim in Hamilton is the only time I have had a good experience and things explained. New branch didn’t even explain the landlord policy to me at all, just signed up me. Y’all need to let Jim train everyone.

They don't even have the correct name on the policy. I started the policy but they always addressed my wife, which knew nothing about Allstate. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy!

Mailed a quote in an envelope disguised to look like it came from our small development's ownership. There were no markings on the outside of the envelope except for a map of our neighborhood as advertised by the developer. There are only about 30 homes in our development, so this was an odd targeting. Our community is approximately an hour from this particular Allstate office - so no reason to target a small neighborhood community with this type of advertisement.

I think our insurance should be lower.We have a great driving record.We are retired now and don't drive much.Plus our vehicle our older now.We only have Social Security now for income.

I emailed them from their website with a question on Monday and hadn’t received a response by Friday; I called at that point. I think if you offer the option of email, someone should respond in a timely manner.
