“I started out with a 1-star rating on my review. I had an issue with 2 packages that were shipped from Springdale to Scottsdale, where I am for the month of February. I called the store twice, left voice-mail with no response. Haley, the manager got my message and finally called me back. She was very helpful in rerouting the packages to our condo. I'm now anxiously waiting for them to arrive. Thanks, Haley for helping to get my issue straightened out.”

I also like how their hours are consistent (I've had this problem with other locations) and their different services (self amazon returns, computer, printing, etc.) are always up and running. April greeted me with a smile, helped me set up the returns and I was in and out of the store in just a couple of minutes. She was so friendly and helpful.
