Not professional and kept me waiting for an hour

This is the first time I was required to go to a testing location. My provider said I needed to go to a Quest office. Looked up on the Quest website and it said this location was open on Saturdays. As there are no Quest locations near us, I drove to this one (nearest to me) from far away to get here on Saturday (10/5/2024). When I get to the location, I find out they were closed!! Just a piece of paper taped on the door that said "We are closed". The paper said you can go to another location on the other side of town to Colerain (30 minute drive). We drove there and the place was packed. You are unable to see or talk to anyone as they are all behind a locked door. You have to use a computer screen in front of the locked door to sign in. It gave me the last walk-in spot for the day. The lady that walked in 2 seconds behind me was told by the computer that nothing was left, so she had to go home.
So now had to wait 2 hours for my slot at a Walmart!! Conclusion, Quest has no customer service what so ever. They do not have a way to allow you to talk to people to verify that your appointment is good or any other questions you might have.

Stole $50 from me!
Paid for an test and made an appointment online they sent me to a Huber Height Compunet Lab. I get there and they say they no longer take Quest Diagnostics patients. I have been on hold for over an hour with no end insight to get a refund. Seems like a scam company.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff. I'm very afraid of needles. Kelly and C.C made me feel so at ease. Kelly did the blood draw and it was painless while C.C held my hand cause I was so scared! Will definitely be returning for future labs.

My phlebotomomist was Teresa. She was super nice and efficient. She was gentle and my blood draw was painless. She is awesome!

We were treated like we were the best of friends by C.C. She was very professional, super friendly, and went above and beyond to make my son's blood draw an excellent experience. There was a discrepancy in the orders, so C.C. made several calls to remedy the problem so we would get everything accomplished in one visit. I hope the management reads this review, because C.C. deserves a promotion! She is the reason we will come back and I will recommend Quest.

That place is a joke literally, I get there at 9 am no one’s there they could’ve have took me back then come to mind you I gotta take a drug test so of course I waited to use the bathroom so I could use it right away. Witch I asked like hey I need go now can you take me early lol right so I go use the bathroom. 10:50 comes around I go take the test witch I had push out she literally looked at it and threw it away saying it’s not enough but it was well over the black temperature bar, which is where they usually tell you to get it to lol she looked at it and said it wasn’t enough and threw it away I’m like why would you throw it away and if I need more why wouldn’t you keep that and let me add to it like smh she clearly Stereotype me And was doing more than her job and of course I’m a go less the second time, so why wouldn’t you keep that? I’m make sure she don’t ever do that again. Idk her name but it’s the lady with the Cain smh I just don’t understand people like the employees that make it way hard on the customers

Went to Labcorp in Fairfield. Quest seems to believe there are more than 2 genders! This is something in the medical field that is undisputable! What will be on your drop down next? Dog or cat? FAFO!

Never going to a Quest Diagnostics again. Made a mistake with my insurance and over a year later Im still trying to get a refund. All they do is transfer you around because no one wants to help you

For a job I needed a drug screen here. Always a hassle, no one likes having to do that. But … if you have to, Karla was incredibly efficient and the process moved along quickly. As these things go, this trip was effortless and I was able to get on about my day. Thank you.
