“Randy did an awesome job picking up the slack from another Budget truck location that TOTALLY dropped the ball (Lexington Ky Versailles Rd) by not having my reserved equipment at the pick up location. I had to drive two hours north to get to this Budget location and I wish all of them were more like this one. Randy was incredibly helpful and accommodating during a wildly stressful day of my life and it was such a stark and welcome contrast to the incompetence exhibited by the Lexington location. He made sure the dolly was in good condition (even buying new pigtails before I arrived) and that all of my questions were answered before I left. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“I recently purchased an older Toyota SUV and was not sure if the wiring harness was capable of being used. Due to the fact that I had expected to make a tow with the vehicle in the next few days I needed to find out if it was up to the task. I walked into this U-Haul location and the representative whose name was Tina who I later found out was the manager helped me out. I asked her if there was a way she could test my wiring harness to let me know if my vehicle was good to go to make a rental. She said she'd be happy to help me and immediately came out and we tested the vehicle and all lights worked properly. She also walked me in to the U-Haul let me know what I would need and how much it would cost. I told Tina prior to leaving that I would like to leave them a review and asked her for her name at that time. Although I did not rent from this U-Haul location I did indeed rent from another Uhaul because of their help letting me know that my vehicle was good to go. It's that type of good customer service that any business can appreciate their employees giving! Even though they did not make a sale on that day I hope for their sake they will be able to make continued sales in the future by offering good customer service as they did to me this day.
