Horrible company!! Rented a truck for 1 day and brought it back same day but still getting charged 5 days later!! I have to call yet again for another charge of $70! $130 charge yesterday😡🤬

First off there needs to be more then one person running the place even on Saturday like today that guy was so over loaded trying to take care of people at front desk and help me with my trailer and others at same time no wonder why the guy seemed so unhappy but he kept his cool I give him that this is just bad business for the customer and employee

They said truck had 1/4 a tank and to return it that way to receive the fuel deposit back. The truck was less the 1/8th a tank closer to being empty. I called about it and was told to take a picture and it will be fine. I did drip it back of with just under 1/4th a tank.When I return it I showed them and talked to them about it.they said no problem. 2 1/2 hrs later they called me telling me I need to return the truck I rented. They didn't check it back in then they called.me back again saying I'm being charged for extra miles and fuel because the truck was just below 1/4th. The person was rude and it took calling corporate customer service to get it resolved. Thankfully I took pictures. This shows this location has no integrity and no customer service skills.

Charged me an extra 20 dollars for only going 2.9 miles. Didn't receive a final receipt until I called u-haul.

The truck I was issued from this location was damaged. Not knowing that it would jerk severely while riding, created a very turbulent and stressful long distance ride. I'm pretty sure they knew this truck was in poor condition prior to renting it to me.

Renting a truck was very easy. They were very flexible regarding when I returned the truck. I was indecisive if I was returning that night or the next day.

I liked my interaction with the staff at the Hamilton, Ohio location, but the only problem for me was there wasn't enough of the staff to cover the amount of customers needing help when I was there.

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to have two grill tanks filled. There was six people in line and waited for the next available person for 30 minutes. When I got to the counter, I was told there’s no one to fill tanks until 4 PM. If you can’t do the job, don’t advertise that you fill propane tanks, seven days a week.

I love this location, been coming here for the past 10+ years, though the managers change the great service stays the same. 4th time dealing with Austin Hobbs, great manager! Came in and the store was busy and he was the only one there that morning but everyone was in and out happy and quick. Thanks Austin, it’s always a pleasure working with you, always goes above and beyond, great asset to Uhaul!

Had a lot of issues and not sure how many are this location’s fault. Austin was very helpful trying to help me navigate through my reservation issues, but on top of everything I was given a truck with an empty gas tank and obviously overcharged $17 for gas on the return. The main U-Haul customer service line was very helpful and refunded the charge.Very busy on a Saturday with limited trucks available. I walked in and they said they didn’t have any trucks available for at least an hour. They made me a reservation for a location 5 miles out of town in New Miami. I drove to that location to discover that it was a self-serve pick up location. I had no idea how to do the self-serve pick up and was given no instructions. That location had nobody on site and was closed. After trying to talk to Austin on the phone, download the U-Haul app, upload pictures of my drivers license, etc. all with limited cell signal in the cold, after 30 minutes I finally got the code to unlock the keys to the truck. Unfortunately, the padlocks were all either frozen or rusted shut and I could not unlock the keys to get the truck. I drove back to this location and they now had a truck available that someone had just returned. I was annoyed to find the truck only had 1/8 of a tank, but I only had 5 miles to drive. If I had more to drive, it would have been very upsetting to instantly have to fill up the truck and guess how much to put in. Upon looking at my receipt on return, I was charged for 4 gallons of gas. They said they gave it to me at 1/4 of a tank and I returned it empty. Thankfully I took pictures of the gauge both before and after; 1/8 of a tank both times. Clearly, the truck did not use 4 gallons to go 5 miles.Really feels like they gave me an empty truck hoping I’d inevitably overfill it with gas, and when I didn’t, overcharged me. Lying about the gas gauge and charging me for an amount I obviously didn’t use feels scammy.
