Be honest about your pricing. The website states that you charge $1.19 per mile, I was charged $1.92 per mile When you drive 70 miles as I did, that adds up very quickly. The lack of transparency will make me consider my options in the future. U-haul ruined what was otherwise a very good rental by not being honest.

Always friendly locally (Fergus and Elora). Outside of there it's hit or miss. I will never do the person-less check-in again. If you do be sure to have everything on hand. Passport, birth certificate, drivers license, kidney donation... It was absurd.
