Customers have praised the staff for their kindness and professionalism. One reviewer appreciated the staff's quick and helpful assistance, even during busy hours, and highlighted a smooth rental experience with a clean van in great condition. Another praised the team for going above and beyond to help with hitch installation and additional questions, describing the service as excellent from start to finish. Staff members Raman and Rajbir received special mention for their clarity and hassle-free service, making the rental experience highly recommended.
However, there were some issues at a different location, where lack of staff and problems with the online app caused inconvenience and extra costs due to increased mileage and fuel. Despite this, the Upper Wellington location was noted to have helpful employees who even assisted with finding the right moving items and carrying boxes to the car. A minor note is that tap payment options are not available at this location, so customers should prepare cash or card.
Overall, U-Haul at Upper Wellington is recognized for its helpful staff, quality equipment, and comprehensive moving services, making it a reliable choice for both local and long-distance moves.

Rented a 15' truck to move. Truck had no air conditioning which made the move even more miserable. Truck was not cleaned out and had Lego pieces all over.
