Went to upgrade my phone, but they wouldn't let me saying it was too early! I would have to pay close to $700 to upgrade! I left there and went to T-mobile, got my upgrade and a cheaper bill! ?

I ordered my new phone and picked it up at this store. The unfriendly sales guy handed me the phone. I ask if he or someone could help me transfer my photos as my old phone was broken and I was afraid I would have trouble. He said they would charge $29.95! I have been a loyal customer for 30 years. Guess that doesn't matter. Anyway, I googled it and found a way to do it myself. No thanks to Verizon. Verizon is not the company that it once was. I'll be jumping ship next time around!

They will screw you over and they won’t feel bad about it and the only way they will help you coming from a former employee is if it helps them which is the type of corporate entity that should not exist anymore.

Came in to get help me with my phone. I couldn't call out or get any service it has been a big issue. Troy was able to figure out my problem And get my plan the rate I wanted. I am very happy with the service here. They have helped my husband and I a lot and we can always count on them for full service vs other stores. Thank you

Went to the store on 6/21. And was helped by a young African American women with blonde hair she was very rude and unprofessional, wouldn’t give me any information as far as upgrading or my account. Had me give all my information for 15 plus minutes just to say I need to come back with an appointment just to answer simple questions. The store was completely empty no where near closing. There was no other customer waiting. If you go your better off going to the Verizon by jungle Jim’s or in Colerain because if she is your rep you will get no help and but the one by jungle Jim’s reps were very attentive, kind and helpful and actually would like to help their customers.

Went in to the store to upgrade my phone. I had a trade in and then money for a down payment for the new phone as I wanted to keep my phone bill at a specific price point. The lady that was helping me told me that I would get more for my trade in if I upgraded to a more expensive plan. She did the math and told me with the increase in my trade in even though I was paying a little more for my plan my monthly payment would be slightly cheaper if I stayed where I was and took the lower trade in value without the down payment money. Well turns out the lady was wrong and she misquoted me so what I thought I was signing up for was not what I got. Instead what I got was a bill that was nearly $50 higher than my previous bill instead of the $18.79 increase she quoted me. I went back to the store to discuss the deceit and they told me the general manager, Dorian, would honor the misquote and adjust my bill and it never happened so went back again and they told me again that he wasn’t there that day but would do it when he came in the next day. Dorian was supposed to contact me the following day and never did. There is no phone number to the actual store you can call so I have to drive back to the store, that is not super close to my house, in hopes that one day I can be there when this Dorian person is there. I find it appalling that Verizon thinks it’s ok for their associates to make a mistake at the cost of a customer and refuses to make it right. My family has been a customer for 30 years and I feel like Verizon just doesn’t care that they lied and refuse to make it right. This has been the worst customer service. I’m not looking for extra I’m just looking for what was quoted to me and promised at the time of sale.

The Verizon store at Bridgewater in Hamilton Ohio has terrible customer service. I checked in and they ask why are you here. I told them I was wondering if I could get a lower rate on my phone (55+). I waited approximately 30 minutes for the girl (who was more interested in her nails and eyelashes than she was to wait on me) to tell me to call customer service. Why couldn’t the guy who checked me in save me time and tell me they could not be of service to me?! Very disappointed

Had an appointment to return my old device as part of an upgrade. Incredibly rude manager says he does not have those details in his computer and that he can give me a FedEx label. I told him I was instructed to come to this store and return my phone. He said "that's what you're gonna get" referring to the FedEx return label. He was getting visibly upset and I (the customer) asked the manager to calm down. He handed me the FedEx box and escorted me out of the store. Get This: I then called the 1-800 number and they said DO NOT put your phone in the FedEx box, that's is not what you should be doing! So he was WRONG, RUDE and offered no potential solutions other then to flex his manager muscle. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. You have been warned.
