They not accept upgrade for treat in any kind iPhone. They not do good job. My friend ask treat in for free but they didn’t give my friend for early upgrade. And they miscommunication with deaf people!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The representative, Juan, did an amazing job helping me! Told me about promotions I couldn’t pass up so I got even more out of my visit! Was very kind throughout the entire visit and seemed to really value my time!

The customer service in this store is excellent. Had multiple issues trying to port my numbers over from Xfinity and David Denning went above and beyond to get this resolved. He was extremely polite, personable and professional! He deserves a big raise! ?

Went to the store with a technical problem. Had my answer in less than one minute. Also bought a new screen protector that happened to be on clearance. SCORE . The store was busy. I was waited on promptly and out the door in 5 minutes. Very happy with my experience.

Had an issue we went in for and inquired about an upgrade and was told to do it on line if we weren't adding services. So we did and he lost commission. Verizon has really tanked in every aspect over the years. Joined them in 2004. This store used to be our go to store, guess we should find another one.

Went to upgrade my phone, but they wouldn't let me saying it was too early! I would have to pay close to $700 to upgrade! I left there and went to T-mobile, got my upgrade and a cheaper bill! ?
