Theron at the Bridgewater Falls Verizon was extremely helpful getting us a new Samsung ultra and reducing our monthly bill significantly. Best buy couldn't do that. We are very happy with the help and service. Even came in at the right time of day when nobody else was in the store. I love being first in line. Bonus!
