Absolutely awesome experience! We have GoogleOne as part of our phone plan package. We spent hours and hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it connected properly to the correct line, we were here less than 10 minutes and it was all fixed. Minutes. He fixed our weeks long issue in mere minutes. Absolutely OUTSTANDING customer support and service.
10 out of 10 recommend and will return when I need ANY service help for MetroPCS.
I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was the only guy in the store at 230pm on 08/18.
This employee is a true treasure for your company overall.

Adam is no longer there. But the new gentleman thats the manager, I think his name is Ty, is just as good if not even better. I went there a few months ago needing a new plan and he got me one even cheaper! Ty is the guy!!

Very bad experience those people the supposedly and I say supposedly people who work there who should be called rats like to steal money they want to sell things more expensive than the normal price, today Sunday the 11th I went at about 3:30 pm and this girl wanted to give me everything more expensive than normal and she was charging me for a sim card when I had my own sim card because I was just changing companies so I told her that she shouldn't charge it but she made excuses apart from that it was very racist just because she saw that I am a Hispanic person she told me What if I had someone who had a state ID and they didn't even ask me for mine. please look at who they hire because that's why they lose customers thank you very much

Adam is an amazing sells person. This location on rt4 in Hamilton is by far the best place I have ever bought a phone. I called on a Sunday an he was supposed to be closed, but in stead of closing he waited on me to fix the problem I was having with my phone. Very clean, very nice an respectable sells man. 10 thumbs up ??????????

I had a good experience mainly because I was first in line. Because if not they only have one employee working there and the service takes forever. The selection there is good same with the prices. Sometimes it is hard to understand the employees because they speak very little English. I love their rate plans and all the accessories to choose from!!!

A truly wonderful experience. The staff stayed after closing time to help me set up my service. It's rare to see such attention to Customer Service these days. I was impressed.
