“Please read. I could be writing a review about how disappointed I was in Phantom Auto Works customer service and giving one star review, however, it is just the opposite.
I made an appointment to have some work done on my truck. After an hour drive I arrived to find out that the parts needed for my truck were never ordered, therefore the work could not be done. Disappointed and frustrated I would have to take a day off work to have the work done in the future, not an ideal situation. However The front man Levi owned up to the ordering error, which I respect, and was very concerned making it right for me. He rushed to order my parts and the work was completed the next day. At the end of it I realized that you don't find too many businesses nowadays that take the blame for the mistake and are concerned about making the customer feel satisfied. Hats off to Levi and crew. I will pass along my experience to those in my neck of the woods.”
“Very good at what he does and he’s reasonable with his prices. I recently bought a 2005 dodge Dakota. The truck was in really good shape except for the roof. It looked as if it maybe had a little hail damage and the paint was flaking where someone had just painted over it several times so I couldn’t bare looking at it lol. I brought it here and I am extremely satisfied with the result’s. Here are some before and after photos. I would highly recommend sending anyone who needs body repairs or paint done to this man.”

“Two in one Napa Auto parts and hardware store .Its winter in Ohio , frozen locks take a toll on the unprepared .Was stuck needed to get a door open door lock was frozen. Wind was blowing , first thought was Napa Auto parts in Hanoverton .Amidst the mega hardware stores ,this operation is rich in emergency building maintaining materials .”
