“I truly never post reviews but Ethan over at hilltop performance does great work. I had to wait a couple weeks to get an appointment but I’m very glad I did! I dropped my truck off for a Wednesday appointment and I was driving it Thursday night with no issues at all. Great work at a great price and very professional, I couldn’t be happier.”
“I have been going to the Harrison Quick Lane for several years. The management (Jeremy) and the grew he has working for him are awesome. I have never had an issue with those working in the front or back side. They are always punctual with the time they gave me for oil and tire rotation.
For the gentleman who wrote the poor review that is unfortunate and an issue I never experienced. I find it hard to believe if someone is or does mechanic work to include teaching other why you would bring it to a place like this to do all of that work you say you had completed.
I will say actual Kia customer service has a lot to be desired but the Quick Lane individuals are awesome to deal with. I will continue to take all 4 vehicles to Jeremy and Quick Lane due to the customer service and punctual appointments.

Lisa with Harrison AAA has been amazing in her assistance. Without her, I will not be taking my car back in.
I had some overheating issues and had to bring my car in THREE times because it didn’t get fixed properly. The first time I picked it up, it overheated within ten minutes of picking it up, which means it wasn’t properly tested after pouring $1200 into a new cooling fan/system. Then it was another $500 for a thermostat, then less than a month later, I had to have it towed again to them -same issue.
THANK GOODNESS for Lisa because she was able to fully explain what was going on, help me with questions and concerns. She offered excellent customer service in an otherwise terrible situation.”
