“After visiting several different shops. And having others give me the run around on what was actually wrong with my car I decided to give Cronin a try. I was met with a smile from one of the service members Blake. I told him everything that was going on and what the other shops quoted me. Out of all the different places I visited and service members I’ve talked to Blake was the most transparent. He told me that he would have one of the mechanics look at my car and get back to me. Not even 2 hours later I received a call from Blake he listed the things I needed repaired and took care of me! The repair was exponentially cheaper than what I was quoted everywhere else. He was really good at explaining what exactly was wrong with my car and the parts needed to fix it along with every charge I would receive. He was very polite and made me feel like I was a part of the Ford family. Now my entire family uses Cronin. Blake makes me feel safe and I know I’m getting quality honest work done no matter what’s wrong with my car. I couldn’t send enough praise to Cronin and their team. Before you waste your money go see Blake at Cronin I guarantee you’ll enjoy the experience.”

“I’m always skeptical of car places because as a young female, I have had multiple places ‘pull a fast one’ on me and this is the only place I trust. I have had multiple great experiences with this location but today definitely topped it all. I’m a broke grad school student, Scott was more than willing (as were the other employees) to help be get the best options for what I needed at a discounted price. They even replaced my super moldy cabin air filter for FREE because it was so bad and I truly could not afford that. That is something they didn’t have to do, I appreciate it so much. I could not recommend them more!”
