“I wrote a review last week after staying at this Best Western location, as our experience at the time was truly disappointing. While I still feel the same about the condition of the room and our initial visit, I’m incredibly grateful for the resolution that followed—and the positive change it sparked for both the hotel and its team.

Shiv, the General Manager, and Meena, the Territory Manager, went above and beyond to show just how committed they are to guest satisfaction. They personally reached out, took ownership of the situation, and made every effort to make things right for my husband and me. Their response wasn’t just professional—it was genuine.

That kind of service can't be taught or faked. It reflects a true commitment to hospitality and a level of integrity that is, unfortunately, rare in today’s world. Customer service is often overlooked or taken for granted, but Shiv and Meena reminded me how impactful it can be when done right.

Their compassion, accountability, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to me than they may ever know. Thank you both for turning a disappointing experience into one that ended with sincere care and a meaningful resolution.”

“Great place to stay. Room was very clean. This facility is a little older and has several areas that obviously have been worked on, but the cleanliness really shines. The neat way the towels were rolled in the bathroom was cool. The bed was comfy. Water in the shower was good and hot. The breakfast was delicious. They had a nice addition of potatoes and the turkey sausages weren’t dried out an rubbery. It was great place to stay.”

“We usually stop at different places on our trips to visit family, but we'll definitely be making this our regular stop on our return trips. The room was spacious (great for a multiple day stay) and clean. The refrigerator was so clean we were afraid to put anything in it and mess it up. The bathroom had been recently updated. The staff was great; answered our questions before we asked. The free breakfast was awesome (especially the automatic pancake maker), real hot food-not just a choice of granola bars. Definitely a great value and we would highly recommend it.”
