If you tire of your room, and that may take a while, relax by the outdoor fire pit, or take a very short walk into Burlington, which matches Willis Graves' charm with local attractions, restaurants, and boutiques. “My wedding was the first wedding at The Lytle Park Hotel and the day could not have been more perfect! Kristina, the event coordinator, AJ, the banquet manager, and their team were amazing and went above and beyond every single one of my requests. We switched venues last minute (2 months before the event) and Kristina handled planning our 50 person event in a short timeframe flawlessly. Her responses via email and phone were quick, she accommodated last-minute details, and offered her planning expertise when requested. Our reception was in the Magnolia Ballroom, which is breathtakingly beautiful, and the staff was very kind. We had a seated dinner and the food came out hot, cooked perfectly, and was SO delicious! AJ made sure the event ran smoothly the night of and even brought cake up to our room at the end of the night after we mentioned to him that we forgot to get a slice. The Lytle Park Hotel wedding team has immense attention to detail, top of the line customer service, and know how to execute a perfect wedding. “Great place to stay.
Rooms and hotel were overall clean and welcoming. Front desk staff and all other staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to everything. Felt safe. Nice outdoor gathering area. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options for everyone. Pool and pool area were very nice and clean. Great for families with kids.
Overall, would recommend staying here. 5 star experience!”

“We held our daughters wedding at the Madison this weekend. Our guests stayed across the street at The Hotel Covington. I want to thank everyone, the bell hops, housekeeping, front desk, the bartenders, and all the support staff I didn't mention. You all were top notch. You made a special weekend even more special by going an extra step to accommodate and make all you guests feel special.
You had three wedding parties this weekend. As far as I can tell, we were all treated with top notch service. You take hospitality to the next level. Simply put, you are the best.”

Excellent location - within walking distance of the aquarium and BB Riverboat Tours, as well as plenty of amazing places to eat (for all budgets). You can also walk across the bridge to Downtown Cincinnati - the walkway goes right to the Great American Ballpark and the Hockey arena.
Big seating area for breakfast, which is nice. Breakfast was good (your typical waffles, muffins, etc).”
“We had booked to stay 5 nights. The 1st night was nice: clean, comfortable, quiet room & a very nice complementary breakfast. My only complaint would be that the pillows were lumpy.
However, on day two, a fowl oder filled the 3rd floor hallway...the full length of it. When we reported it, it was immediately checked & confirmed & we were assured maintenance was looking into it, while we were offered a room on the 2nd floor. When checking out that option, we recognized the smell again. Although not as strong as on the upper floor, it seemed to be creeping in. So we requested a refund & it was quickly granted. We were only charged for the 1st night.
We already have another reservation there, which I did not cancel, but will do so, if reviews indicate the odor is an on-going problem.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and ready upon arrival. I couldn't believe the room had a refrigerator and NO Microwave ??. We had to go down the hall to the ice machine to use the microwave. That I didn't like at all. Most hotels have at least a really small one in each room.”

“Hyatt Regency Cincinnati is a comfortable and convenient hotel located right in downtown, close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels professional and relaxing. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, which makes the stay smoother and more enjoyable. 
The location is a big advantage, especially if you’re attending events at the nearby convention center or exploring the city on foot. The hotel also offers amenities like a gym, indoor pool, and on-site dining, which add to the convenience. 
On the downside, parking is not free and can be expensive, and some guests mention that the hotel feels more business-oriented than cozy. It can also get busy during events.
Tip: If you want a quieter experience, try to avoid peak convention dates and request a higher-floor room for better views.”
“I’m not gonna lie. I was worried when I first pulled in and couldn’t find a parking spot. So I pulled up to the front of the hotel and called the number provided. The manager, Keisha, answered and was very quick to come help me out! She explained there was an event going on at the hotel (which looked like a banger) and there was some miscommunication on the party guests parking arrangements. She immediately found me a parking spot and when my husband arrived, found one for him too. It was very clear she wanted to put her hotel guests first and make sure they were taken care of but was still also very accommodating to the event guests and was making it all work out. I’m sure it was a stressful situation but she handled it with grace and care. There was also another woman at the front desk when we arrived who actually checked me in who was very kind and knowledgeable but I didn’t catch her name but props to her too! Great staff and the rooms were clean and well kept. Would stay again!”
“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

“We stayed here for one night on our way down to Tennessee. We chose this hotel for the trailer/RV parking and because it was right off the highway. This was a very nice, clean and updated hotel. Check in was great and the rooms are very spacious. Not sure why there's no fan in the bathroom. Lots of amenities and close to a good selection of restaurants. This might be nit picking, but our reservation stated that breakfast was included but the front desk didn't mention it when we checked in. We called down in the morning to ask if our breakfast was included as per our email and were put on hold for over 5 minutes. We ended up just going over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast as we were anxious to get back on the road. This might be something the hotel wants to work out with Hotels.com for the future. Other than that, would recommend and would stay again.”

“The place was great we were here for four days. Kids was happy pool was clean hospitality was high Kitchen/breakfast area was clean and neat thankfully for Sharron for her efforts on having everything ready and available. Rooms were nice size has we had a family of 6 and slept comfy no issue. Will stay again.”
