“General Manager, Sandra, checked us in and she was so pleasant and accommodating. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are sooo comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. If passing through Harrison Ohio in the future, I would definitely stay there again.”

“We booked through an online travel company and when our 18 year old son and his friends got to the hotel at 9:30pm their room had been cancelled by the travel company. There were no rooms available and Mike at the Front Desk was concerned and extremely helpful and we all Thank him very much. The General Manager, Mr.Patel, went above and beyond and even though there were no rooms available there he took it upon himself to call around and find a room that night at anther chain’s hotel and the next day for the following night. We live 5 hours away and we are beyond Grateful for his kindness and generosity. If Staff go to these lengths to help 4 teenagers that aren’t even able to stay at their hotel, I am sure that those who stay at their hotel are in great hands.”
