“Latest Friday update. Received a call today from Customer Service assistant mgr Rene'e and the issue was completely resolved. Update earlier. Supervisor Jessica and Home Depot Associate Rene'e) worked hard to resolve the issue. I am changing my rating due to this team effort at Home Depot for resolution to a rare issue stated here: Bought a $100 Mastercard gift card Sunday
It will not register or activate online
It doesn't work anywhere. I have proof of purchase and activation receipt
Been to the store twice called Citibank and Home Depot 800 Customer Service to no avail. Complete runaround. To make it worse the customer service dept lady treated me like a criminal when I walked in. She yelled " where did you get this."
Then said right away? " there are no refunds" very rudely. So am I out S100 plus $6.95 activation fee.

“We were at the Lowes by Portage Crossing, in North Canton. We went to the garden center, looking for ( pretty much our last resort) wire decorative fencing for our garden. We had white, that was rusted after about 20 years, and also bent out of shape, we had pulled out of our garden. We had tried several places, without success.
We found the 24 inch in white, the 30 ( I think) inch dark green, and a roll of 12 inch in white. What impressed us was how well they were taking care of their plants. The plants were well watered and lush and green and pruned.
Many different perennials.”
“Staff here is always helpful. We recently purchased a new grill from them. Bought the Pitt boss pro series pellet grill. The only one they had in stock was the display but they worked well with us even finding us a thermometer probe to go with it as it would from the box. We also bought several bags of damaged ( ripped open bags ) of pellets at a nicely discounted price.”
