“We had to get some paint mixed and the gentleman in the paint department was helpful and attentive. One thing that we dislike is that they have eliminated all of the cashiers except for one in the lumber yard. The lack of human service is disappointing. We certainly are capable of scanning our own items, but it's still nice to see someone willing to assist with your purchases and thanking you for what you just paid money for. Bring back the people!”

“Like the store. Thought I would give them a chance w a quote from them and Lowes for carpet. Sales guy said he would try and match. When I provided a significantly better quote from Lowe’s, he avoided me completely and said his offer (2nd tier) was similar to the premium tier (3rd tier) from Lowe’s. So probably will just stick to buying tools and plants here but in-home services - hard pass.”
“I want to give a shoutout to CJ and Chad for being amazing employees. While in their department (flooring) my blood sugar dropped and I wasn’t feeling well. Chad got a chair for me to sit down and CJ gave me a piece of candy and Gatorade. They both kept checking in on me until I was feeling better and able to continue my shopping. “Today I went to Home Depot for two things they had me get in line I was in the store in about 2 minutes once inside the nicest employees told me what aisle I needed then two very friendly employees helped me get exactly the product I was looking for I found it on their web site then the line to check out went fast I was in and out quickly. “When I bought my house last November, it was so dated I was afraid I would regret my decision. I found Gary Marcum and after going through everything I wanted, he made sure my house was updated exactly to my liking, no matter how difficult the project was. Great work and very fair pricing. “Some things should be clearly labeled online only. I went looking for a gas line with valve set for a stove. There were like 3 online on the site but apparently none in the stores. Disappointing because I could have got it from the Walmart i was at right before I went there... besides that they are pretty good about anything building related and I actually bought a brand new washing machine (one of the big ones 4.5cf) from them a few years back... best big purchase ever.”
