“This is one of the best pet stores I've been to, ever. They have a lot of variety, everything looked well-taken care of. Lots of healthy fish, freshwater and saltwater, as well as a great selection of reptiles, tarantulas, and centipedes --- some unusual species too. We really liked the two guys that run the shop. Very good customer experience. They're a good balance of friendly and professional. There's clearly a lot of care and attention that has been put into the store. Prices are fair, too. Will definitely return.”

“Great experience in live department with the younger employee Bella the other day, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the animals they carry, she is passionate about them and made me feel my concerns were appreciated and welcomed and she didn't rush me or anything, she was very honest on the animals and helped me select the right ones! Even though she was currently busy or helping another customer she made sure to let the others know she'd be right there to help them she was very positive and sweet and great at not only talking to the adults but my kids as well and addressing their questions as their just as important to. I was there a week ago and there was an older girl in the live department dee or lee or something along those lines and she kept ignoring me and not answering any of my questions and walked away from me!”

“The dog wash station is a blessing!! You might want to get there when it opens or soon after though, because they run out of some towels and the station gets pretty hairy/dirty. The employees are always so friendly too.”
“I’ve been bringing my dogs for grooming for a few years now. One of my dogs is skittish about the grooming process, but I have found that Madison does an awesome job cutting her and is always happy to see her. I appreciate her patience and the great job that she does! My other dog recently saw Clare and they did an amazing job!! I was so impressed with how white her fur was and the thorough brushing she received.

“We are becoming fish parents. We had a rough start, and we lost 6 the first go around. But the store gave us a full refund.. Then we talked with Adam at the store..and he was a great help! We researched and asked him many questions. He shared with us tonrun our tanknand getbour PH leve a little better we were almost there. He also suggested stattbwithb one, see how does then add one at a time. We took the time and came back to get our water tested (about 2-3 weeks later, and it was perfect). So we started the journey again and got one fish to start, and here we are, a week later, we are picking up a fish friend because the first has been doing great. So fingers crossed we can keep doing great..and Adam said to test and if things go we'll can ad one every few weeks.

“They took in a kitten that walked up to me in my backyard that was starving I fed it and took it to them and even though they were full up they managed to take this one in and thankfully I'm glad they did because I found out from them that the kitten had her fractured rear leg they are nursing it back to health and they do good work and I don't mind contributing to them and it by the way if you recycle your cans aluminum cans they'd be happy to take them because they use the money to keep operating”
