“We’ve been going to Clipper Cottage for YEARS, & our poodles, (Timmy & Trixie,) look forward to their groom day with Kimmy. You can’t ask for a friendlier more caring place, than right here! Very clean & make sure to give the groom you ask for. Our lil’ tea cup, (Timmy,) is very skidish around other people. But when he sees Kimmy he’s sooo happy to see her & ready with kisses. I give ALOT of credit to Kimmy, & the whole staff. Because I couldn’t even begin to try to groom either one of our poodles. They LOVE their day with Kimmy! BEST BY FAR, from this customer!”

“This place has alot of exotic treats and meal selections not found elsewhere. You'll always find something neat and unusual to treat your pet with from alot of different parts of the animal (they sell cow tails, my labradoodle loves them!).If you're looking for food products without meat by-products, fillers, etc. this is a great place to find a more natural and holistic meals for our pets.Hollywood also has a system that when you join, you earn rewards towards store purchases. There is a freezer/refrigerator section, and I recommend the pig ears and giant collagen chews, everything I bought my dogs have loved.Staff has always greeted me when I enter each time and they tell me the current specials and offer me a flyer and take the time to go over the specials with me if I have any questions. I wish other stores had customer service like this Hollywood location.”

“This is the best health store you will ever visit. The owner knows all the products in the store and how they should be used. The store is always clean and neat and inviting to shop and everyone is friendly and helpful. The store also has educational seminars so patrons can learn how to get well and stay well. You can also browse their selection of books. Lots of good things in this store!!”

“Taylor did a beautiful job!!! Thank you! Very happy! And Taylor left my baby’s gorgeous eyelashes. I had no idea how beautiful they were. ? After a bad experience (for my dog) at another pet store when my mini goldendoodle was a puppy, I have mostly groomed her myself. On both occasions that I have needed a professional groom I have taken her to this Petco location because of a friend’s recommendation. Both times I have been very pleased with the results and her temperament when I have picked her up. I will still groom her on a maintenance basis because we both enjoy it, but any time I need a professional groom I will continue to come to this Petco. And everyone in the store is so nice. I enjoy shopping here as well.”

“After trying out several different grooming places, we finally found the best one! The convenience of being able to book an appointment quickly through the app saved us so much time. The staff at this place is fantastic! When we get Milo cut 7 times we get a complimentary grooming session. For any doodle owners out there, we cannot recommend Taylor H enough! She is simply amazing and has a way of making even the most anxious dogs like Milo feel comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this grooming salon!”

“My new favorite pet store! I’ve been on a search for some small aquatic turtles. I went to a handful of big chain pet stores without any luck of inventory or advice so, this place was a happy find! They had the exact turtles I was looking for and a great bundle deal on all of the supplies needed. They were friendly, and very knowledgeable. The reward program was another perk! Most of all, I appreciated the welcoming and friendly environment and staff, regardless of my three young children excitedly checking everything out! There was no waiting around for service. I was helped out right away. My family resides about 30 minute away but the small trip was worth it. Very happy customer and pets!”

“I had an emergency vet situation regarding my cat where I was unable to afford the clinic fees and my only option was to either euthanize her or surrender her. When calling the Humane Society after hours to see if they could take her for an emergency surrender, I was helped by a gentleman that recommended me to Humble Creatures for my cats emergency spay. He did us a tremendous favor and was compassionate and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to help our girl get better and also find a solution where she could stay with us. A million thanks to the staff at Humane Society for helping us through this stressful situation.”
