“We’ve been going to Clipper Cottage for YEARS, & our poodles, (Timmy & Trixie,) look forward to their groom day with Kimmy. You can’t ask for a friendlier more caring place, than right here! Very clean & make sure to give the groom you ask for. Our lil’ tea cup, (Timmy,) is very skidish around other people. But when he sees Kimmy he’s sooo happy to see her & ready with kisses. I give ALOT of credit to Kimmy, & the whole staff. Because I couldn’t even begin to try to groom either one of our poodles. They LOVE their day with Kimmy! BEST BY FAR, from this customer!”

She gets excited to go and comes home beautifully groomed, so shiny, and exhausted! I love the photo updates and report cards upon pick up! Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Tree City Feed gave me free samples of food for my dogs at the Dog Days of Summer. They enjoyed the food for lunch that day so I went back to their vendor tent and I bought a bag of Dr. Gary’s from them and my dogs love the food! Bowls are clean after every meal! Kind people, took the time to explain the ingredients to me. I’ll be back for more Dr. Gary’s and whatever else they may suggest for my two precious fur boys”

“I love this store but this women cashier with the very short hair was very rude and very dismissive. I normally wouldn’t care but I have a beep collar on my pitbull and she was looking at it and then being very rude after and it was very judgmental and cold. That’s not how you should treat someone who is just trying to train her dog.”

“This store is not one of the ones I usually shop at. A bit far away. But, I wish they were closer. The signage was a bit confusing. Looking for Redford cat food and saw a sign that said Redford Naturals. It was the dogfood aisle. Nothing on the sign overhead indicated dog-anything. A few big signs stating general zones would be nice.But..The staff, ALL, greeted me, asked if I was finding what l needed and promptly located things for me. Even the young man putting stock up greeted me and went to move items out of my way and dbl checked when I told him it was ok where things sat. "You sure?" The cashier was friendly as well. I left the store in a better mood. Keep up the good work.”

“We have been coming to Alicia for years now! She is fantastic with my dog! We now have a puppy that I will be bringing in for Alicia to groom. I would bring my cat in if Petco groomed cats. We have been coming to Alicia for YEARS now and have never had a problem. She is the reason that we bring our dogs to Petco.”

“After trying out several different grooming places, we finally found the best one! The convenience of being able to book an appointment quickly through the app saved us so much time. The staff at this place is fantastic! When we get Milo cut 7 times we get a complimentary grooming session. For any doodle owners out there, we cannot recommend Taylor H enough! She is simply amazing and has a way of making even the most anxious dogs like Milo feel comfortable. We will definitely be returning to this grooming salon!”

“I...my dog, had a wonderful grooming experience at this location. The groomer did a FABULOUS job despite Oakley's nervousness. I am thoroughly pleased. I will say, I was DISGUSTED to hear that tipping your groomer at the register gets them a Petsmart gift card...not a cash tip! Shame on you Petsmart, and shame on me for not double checking beforehand. If not for this sneaky, underhanded behavior on the part of Petsmart, I would have given 5 stars because the groomer and grooming experience was that good.”
